Dear Diary, You’re Sold!

Anna Nicole Smith’s Diaries have finally sold, for a reported $59, 750 smackaroos. The two diaries were written by the Playboy model and actress back in the 1990’s. It’s interesting how these came to auction. An anonymous German businessman bought them on eBay along with other items for $500,000. After he got the rights to publish the writings, he decided to auction them off to the highest bidder. I’m not really sure if he got a good deal or not. Monetarily, no. But the sales of whatever book these diaries are published in could make quite a killing, no pun intended.

Howard K. Stern does not want the diaries published, and has claimed that they were stolen and should be returned to Anna Nicole’s estate. What this means is that, A: there is something in these books that he doesn’t want out, and B: I suddenly have an interest in reading what Anna Nicole had to say.
