She might have been sacked from the X-Factor but we still love her; especially now the gorgeous Kate Thornton is expecting her first child. Hurrah!Engaged to DJ Darren Emerson, Kate was spotted having a scan last week. Could this potentially put the big day on hold?

A source said: “Kate was beaming from ear to ear. But funnily enough, when an X Factor trailer came on the TV in the hospital waiting room, she turned her head away.”

Well Kate forget all that business now. Not only are we deliriously happy for you and hubby-to-be; we know you will bounce back with a vengeance.
