Oh my God! Ashlee Simpson and Pete Wentz just turned into the music industry’s version of Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt with this obviously staged picture moment in New York City this past Wednesday. The rumored mom-to-be and her bassist of a groom-to-be were photographed just by the lobby of their hotel sharing a very fake and so-called intimate moment. But really, all it really turned out to be was a chance to show off her giant diamond engagement ring. We all know she’s engaged and she doesn’t need to show off her rock! We want to know if she really is pregnant so I’d rather she just give a fake moment of Pete holding onto her tummy.
