Conflict brewing between Paula Abdul, Kara DioGuardi

Talent search American Idol is becoming more exciting not just because of the new Idol hopefuls who each have their own drama but because of the brewing conflict between the two lady judges Paula Abdul and Kara DioGuardi. Paul Abdul earlier said the show’s four judges does not seem to work prompting rumor mongers to pinpoint Kara DioGuardi as the inspiration for Paul Abdul’s comments. Kara DioGuardi said she was hurt by Paula Abdul’s criticism but Paula was quick to deny that she was indeed criticizing Kara DioGuardi.

Paula Abdul said her quote was completely taken out of context saying she was actually referring to the past American Idol seasons where guest judges were used and not to the present fourth judge Kara DioGuardi. On the contrary, Paula Abdul said, she is thrilled to have Kara by her side every week in the American Idol show.
