Matt Damon visit Zimbabwe refugees

The Bourne Identity and Bourne Ultimatum star Matt Damon was in South Africa recently not to film some episodes of his new movie “The Human Factor” but to visit the Zimbabwean refugees. Matt Damon is part of a humanitarian mission spearheaded by “Not on Our Watch” a non-profit group which involves Matt Damon, George Clooney, Don Cheadle and Brad Pitt among others. George Clooney has also been in the news lately for his frequent visits to the South African border to check on the plight of the refugees.

Matt Damon and the other celebrities who are part of “Not on Our Watch” are among the popular Hollywood A-listers who have taken a more active stance in promoting world peace and justice. The refugee amps have been packing it in after 3 million people escaped Zimbabwe’s political corruption, poverty and hunger.
