The pop singer is apparently having trouble adopting a three-year old Malawian girl due to her “questionable morals”, as Malawian authorities claim. An official from the Malawian Ministry of Women and Child Welfare development had the following to say about Madonna: “Our official policy is that we do not encourage our children to be sent into broken homes. Madonna’s relationships may negatively affect the adoption of Mercy. The news she is linked to another woman’s husband and a young man less than half her age makes us question her morals.” Well, it seems that here we have it: Madonna did it all to herself. Her relationship with Jesus Luz, her ties to A-Rod… all are signs that she’s not too fit for parenting. But of course the brooding instinct, which seems to have taken over many of today’s celebrities including Madonna does not easily fade away.
