Anna Nicole Smith may already be turning in her grave. Or would that be smiling? This, after Howard K. Stern and Dr. Khristine Eroshevich and Doctor Sandeep Kapoor have been arrested for prescribing medications to Anna Nicole Smith. The medicine prescription case against the two doctors and Howard Stern is interesting considering that Anna Nicole Smith died of an accidental overdose.
The latest developments have prompted Florida officials to open the case and again look into the circumstances of the death of Anna Nicole Smith. Ft. Lauderdale State Attorney Mike Satz spokesperson Ron Ishoy said a meeting has already been held between their office, the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office and the California Department of Justice. He said they are now investigating the evidence they have gathered and see if this can lead to something in relation to Anna Nicole Smith’s death in 2007.Any evidence that will link the defendants to the illegal administration of drugs to Anna Nicole Smith can lead to the reopening of the case.
