Reality star Kim Kardashian laid on her back with her legs in the air – as she showed off her workout skills on US television.
The sex tape star put presenter Sherri Shepherd through her paces as she explained some ‘butt crunching’ moves on hit daytime talk show, The View, to promote her new workout DVD.
Kim’s new DVD, titled Fit In Your Jeans by Friday, is out now.
The 28-year-old also showed off a return to her natural dark hairdo after briefly going blonde – by donning a wig.
