Angels & Demons star Tom Hanks has talked about Julia Roberts’ foul-mouthed tribute to him at a recent event in his honour.
Tom, 52, received an evening in his honour at the Lincoln Center in New York when his co-star Julia Roberts got up to pay tribute to him.
Julia went on to say the F-word several times during the speech and talked about his worst films as well as how much everybody loves him.
Tom said: “She laid into me and then everybody else started doing the same thing.”
He added to E! News: “She is so much of a template, that lady! Julia, Julia is. Everybody loves her and she decided to get right to the point and cut loose and turn the evening into what it was really meant to be.”
