Movie hardman Jason Statham shows off his six-pack on the cover of a US magazine – but claims his mum is tougher than he is.
The Brit actor admits he knows some “lethal tricks” but reckons his mum could be deadly with her frying pan.
Statham said: “People do wonder if I could kill somebody. I know my mum could because she’s really good with a frying pan. Actually, the thought of it makes me rather queasy.
“But I know some lethal tricks.
“I could show a girl how to put a stranglehold on a guy and, basically, stop his blood supply.
“You pass out and the next thing you know, as we say in London, ‘You’re brown bread.’”
Statham also is relieved thugs don’t try to pick fights with him to see how tough he really is.
He said: “People don’t tend to test me on that kind of thing. Thank God, because the last thing I want is a punch-up every time I go out for a nice sociable drink.
“I try to stay away from pubs that are frequented by hooligans.”
