The man arrested for the hit and run death of American Idol contestant Alexis Cohen was recently charged with death by vehicular homicide. 23-year old Daniel Bark, who was booked for reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident, was also charged with aggravated manslaughter and eluding a law enforcement officer. His bail has been set at $150,000. It shouldn’t matter if it was an accident or not, it serves him right. If he could have just called 911 or anyone for help, a life could have been saved and he could have refrained from getting himself some jail time. He could possibly get 15 years if convicted.
