Actress Megan Fox has admitted she’s worried her new film Jennifer’s Body will be a flop and that she will be perceived as having no acting skills.
The Transformers star believes that because there aren’t as many special effects in Jennifer’s Body as there were in the Transformers films, the movie will highlight that she is a bad actress.
The film in which Megan plays a dead cheerleader who kills and eats her classmates, has now been released and took US$12 million at the US box office.
Before the film was released, the 23-year-old told Nylon magazine: “It might be a complete failure on my part.
“But the fact that I had to really put myself out there is totally different than being able to hide behind the magic of ILM, which did special effects for Transformers. That’s no hiding from anything. There’s nothing there to distract you from my performance.”
Megan added: “So if it’s bad, it’s going to be f**king bad for me. And if it’s good, then I will have achieved something on some level.”
Fox wanted to play the role because she wanted to change the way the public perceive her.
