RSSA “major character” in hit TV show Desperate Housewives is to be killed off, its creator has revealed.
A plane will crash into Wisteria Lane during a Christmas party episode and it will claim three cast members’ lives, Marc Cherry said. One of them is an actor or actress who has been in the programme since it began in 2004.
Cherry told a US TV website: “The fans are going to be sad over this one, but it was a good time to end this character’s storyline.”
The producer praises the fired actor for taking the news “with a lot of class”.
“This person stood up at our table read and told everyone what a joy it was to be a part of the show,” he said.
