Mariah Carey Wins Acting Award

A big congratulations is due out for Mariah Carey, in the first of many accolades I could imagine, the curvaceous singer and actress received the Breakthrough Performance Award for her role in ‘Precious’ earlier this week from The Palm Springs International Film Festival. Mariah will receive her award at The Palm Springs Convention Center on January 5th. That more than makes up for making us all suffer through ‘Glitter’. And hey, maybe at one point, we’d all be able to forget about that horrendous movie. Again, congratulations Mariah! I just hope that it doesn’t go to her head and make her think that she’s the greatest of all time. Though I’m pretty sure she already thinks that.
