Nine star Penelope Cruz said that her dance moves for the musical flick were inspired by the Pink Panther.
The 35-year-old actress revealed the unusual way she got in the mood for her sexy routines in the new movie.
She said to co-star Marion Cotillard: “The musical number had to be sexy. And thinking about the Pink Panther would help get me in the mood…
“When I was climbing the ropes to the ceiling, all I could think about was the Pink Panther.”
Talking about her character of Carla, Cruz said: “I think she’s a little bit goofy – not that she tries to be funny, but something is a little bit off about her.”
