The father of Minnie Driver’s unborn baby has been named in an American magazine.

He is San Francisco musician Craig Zolezzi, who she had reportedly been dating for a year.

The Riches star confirmed her pregnancy during a March 13 appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno but would not reveal the name of the father.

A source told Life & Style magazine that Driver has been dating Zolezzi “under the radar” for “more than a year.”

The insider told the publication, “She and Craig are preparing for a girl. She wasn’t planning to find out the baby’s sex in advance, but she has a feeling it’s a girl, so she’s going with that feeling for now.”

The 38-year-old actress is due to give birth in August.

I can’t decide if she’s miserable or what! It seems like Halle Berry’s been preggers forever, but she’s not quite done yet. She looks like she’s ready to be done, like yesterday.

She stepped out yesterday in Beverly Hills with boyfriend/babymaker Gabriel Aubry. The two hung out at Bristol Farms, maybe in hopes of stirring baby to pop on out.

These two are enjoying pairing off with other couples and hitting the town. Just last week, They headed out with Will Smith and Jada Pinkett. Now, Tom and Katie are out with old friends of Tom’s.

Tom and Katie were spotted at Wolfgang Puck’s Cut steakhouse with Forest and Keisha Whitaker. Tom co-starred with Forest in 1986 in The Color of Money.

Jennifer Jason Leigh was forced to back out of her role in the upcoming movie Spread. She had to do so because she is pregnant with her first child.

Slated to fill her spot? None other than Anne Heche. She will play the scorned lover of the character played by Ashton Kutcher.

Jessica Simpson will sing for US troops.

The ‘With You’ singer will fly to Kuwait to entertain soldiers who are currently on duty in the Middle Eastern country. She said: “I am heading to Kuwait to do a show for the troops, then back in the studio. It’s truly an honour to perform for the troops. I get to serve my country by doing what I love to do in front of thousands of brave men in uniform. It’s every girl’s dream!”

Her trip is being sponsored by social networking site, MySpace, under the name Operation MySpace. Other acts set to perform at the concert on March 10 include the Pussycat Dolls and rock bands Disturbed and Filter.

Jessica is the latest in a long line of stars to perform for the armed services. She follows in the footsteps of Marilyn Monroe, Robin Williams, Mariah Carey and Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins.

In 2001, ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ stars George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Julia Roberts and Andy Garcia visited US troops at a military base in Turkey. While they were there they signed autographs, chatted and posed for pictures with the soldiers in a bid to boost their morale.

Scarlett Johansson is going full steam ahead with her album of little known, but critically beloved, songs by Tom Watts plus one original song. The record is set to drop in stores in May and none other than music legend David Bowie provides background vocals on two tracks. And if it’s anything to go by, Bowies swears that Scarlett is really good. He says on his official website that “The songs are great, really good Tom Waits stuff, and Scarlett’s performances are mystical and twice cool.” Is he talking about Scarlett’s singing or her boobs? Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will have their next child in France to honour the actress’s late French-Canadian mother. And I can also reveal that, despite rumours the pair are expecting twins, it will be just one girl to add to their growing family.

A source revealed: “Angelina has been told she is expecting a girl. She’s thrilled.”

Angelina’s mum, actress Marcheline Bertrand, died last year and the star wants to embrace her French heritage by bringing up her new tot over there. After months of house-hunting Brad and Angelina have bought a chateau in the south of France and plan to make it their family home.

When their newborn arrives this summer the couple will be parents to five kids.

Friday marked Jennier Love Hewitt’s 29th birthday. She and fiancee Ross McCall celebrated at steakhouse Morton’s in L.A.

Forget a beach vacation, just hand her a baby!

Marcia Cross really, really wanted to have a baby, so she skipped out on the honeymoon and instead hit up the fertility doctor. She said, “We decided to skip our honeymoon and try in vitro after the wedding.”

She says now, “I had already been through infertility treatments. It’s very, very difficult to get pregnant in your 40s. It’s costly and tough on your body and your relationship.”

It worked for her, though. Just seven months after her wedding, Marcia gave birth early to twins Eden and Savannah. They just recently celebrated their first birthday.

You know, these two are on-again, off-again. This time, they are on-again. Rumors are flying now that they are engaged and have been telling friends that they can’t wait to get married.

Morgan’s rep isn’t making a comment right now. If the couple does get married, they will be husband and wife both on screen in Weeds and off. Morgan will join Parker’s family with her son William and her recently adopted African daughter.

After really showing herself at the Directors Guild of America awards, Sean Young has entered rehab. She made obscure comments all night and then was eventually escorted out after making comments to Julian Schnabel. He was slow to start his acceptance speech, and Sean loudly proclaimed that he should get on with it.

Her rep announced today that she has long struggled with alcoholism. Sean has voluntarily entered a program to deal with that illness.

You have to give the poor, washed up actress credit for making an effort to get better.

The drama was a little closer to home for Kate Beckinsale before she headed to the Screen Actor’s Guild Award.

Kate laughed at the mishap on the red carpet, “Our cat caught fire on a candle. As I was getting ready, there was like ‘whoosh’ a fireball and he went up like a rocket.”

Miley Cyrus flashed the peace sign at the Disney premiere of ‘Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: The Best of Both Worlds Concert’ held at the El Capitan Theatre on Thursday in Hollywood. The movie allows fans to see the singer, songwriter and actress perform a sold-out concert tour. The movie also features performances from the 69-city tour which created a sensation across the country. The limited one-week released begins on February 1.

In the meantime, what do you think of the 15-year old’s darker hair? I, for one, find it too sexy for her. I’m not sure if she could handle this. Or maybe those so-called controversial pictures of her have some merit after all.

Much has been said lately about Katie Holmes’ tour to promote her movie Mad Money. She’s recently arrived in New York but took some time out for family before heading out for work again.

She and husband Tom Cruise took little Suri to FAO Schwarz on Sunday night. They enjoyed a shopping spree, complete with personal shopper.

The parents had as much fun as Suri. Katie says, “We were at FAO Schwarz last night…running around, eating ice cream and playing with all of the toys.”

After much speculation, it has finally been announced that Nicole Kidman is expecting a baby with husband Keith Urban. The two told photographers that they were “very excited”.

Seems Nicole is all the way into her second trimester with the baby’s due date being in July. She isn’t telling the baby’s sex, though. She wants to keep that personal information to herself.

After a miscarriage with ex-husband Tom Cruise, this is great news for Nicole! The happy mom has already dropped from her latest film project because of the pregnancy.

Forget Superman, we can go one better - Super-Mama. Post-baby Katie Holmes looks like she has been spending some serious time in the gym lately.

Appearing at a Hollywood awards show, the stunning actress looks a million miles away from the gangly, baby-faced Joey character of Dawson’s Creek. The 40-year old has two adopted children with ex-husband Tom Cruise, but sadly has experienced both an ectopic pregnancy and a miscarriage in the past. Enough heartache for anyone to handle. So Nicole if it’s true we congratulate you and wish you all the luck in the world.

Uma Thurman and Alicia Keys were caught having a laugh during the press conference on Tuesday for the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize Concert at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Oslo, Norway. The concert was designed to pay tribute to the 2007 Nobel Peace Prize laureates for their achievements and to promote awareness of environmental issues and global warming.

Other people present ate the press conference include the likes of Kevin Spacey and Annie Lennox. Those are some mighty big names doing some big publicity for a very big cause. Kudos to them, it’s almost like they’re the ones getting the award.

While we are all enamored with Turk and Carla on Scrubs, in real life, Donald Faison dates CaCee Cobb, the best friend of none other than Jessica Simpson.  So, what’s his take on Jess’s obsession with Tony Romo?

Donald actually likes the two of them together.  Will they be hooking up for cozy couples only dinners together now?  Maybe not.  Donald says, “CaCee and I prefer to keep our relationship away from the glitz and cameras.  But he is a great guy.”

And by the way, Halle Berry who (in most folks eyes) is gorgeous, but had many failed relationships, is now with a hottie as well. Jen will be just fine. She is adorable and everyone needs to stop judging her “worth” based on her boyfriends or lack of. I bet over half of those that pick on her are miserable themselves.

In the last few weeks, Marie Osmond passed out on live television during Dancing with the Stars and mourned the death of her father. Now she is facing her most difficult crisis yet. The singer confirmed Wednesday that her 16-year-old son, Michael, entered rehab last week for undisclosed treatment. Until you folks live her life and know the intimate details of her homelife, it’s really unfair to make such judgmental statements. Whether you like her dancing or not is irrelevant. Whether you like MARIE or not is irrelevant. For heaven’s sake, have a little compassion for a mother and a young man who is troubled! The reasons aren’t for any of us to say and are no one else’s business but Marie, Brian, and their son. Those who judge may find themselves in similar–or worse–circumstances at some point down the line.

It’s funny I think “exhaustion” is an affliction that only Hollywood people get, because I don’t know any normal people who have ever been hospitalized for exhaustion. Let’s also keep in mind that these people are extremely pampered and get paid huge sums of money to do little to nothing. They all eat very well and they even do not shoot under the burning sun, they have the best luxuries that even some other millionaires would never feel like using, they get the best hotels, best dresses and they are never made to work hard to the extent of exhaustion. They work for months but it shifts, like if they are working in the wee hours of the morning then they will not be asked to shoot in the night again. Have to seen or rather read the diva request that Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna make when they are to perform at a venue, the reps and staff reach that hotel before hand and hand them a list of requirements to tea time, wake up time, sea food and the list goes on and on. So exhaustion is really not the case and drugs overdose is the only thing that’s made her to go to the hospital.

Actress Julia Roberts knew she was destined to marry Danny Moder from the moment they met - because her body told her so. The 40-year-old began dating the then-married Moder in 2000 on the set of her movie The Mexican and insists she “just knew” the cameraman would eventually become her husband. How does that work when your body tells you this man is for your when he already had a wife whose body may have said the same thing? Rosie O’Donnell is planning to broadcast a new show on her website, just days after scrapping her TV comeback. The star had started negotiations to front a new talk show on cable network MSNBC that would compete directly with CNN icon Larry King’s nightly broadcast. But O’Donnell revealed the deal is off earlier this week. She is just a big mouthed bully. She has nothing nice to say about anyone anymore. She has become so mean, who in their right mind wants to listen to her? She has shown she really isn’t too bright; her arguments really make no sense. I think that picture of her poor kid dressed up with a gun says it all. She can protest anything she wants, but then turn around and say, oh well its ok for my kid to play with it for now. She just sucks.

Pale-faced Nicole Kidman says she stays out of the sun and wears tons of sunscreen because the sun is her enemy…just kidding. Kidman says she stays out of the sun to avoid skin damage, which is probably why she has such luminous skin. Actually, my dad had a very rare form of skin cancer that the doctor told my brother and myself we could easily get it as well. One of the things we were told is STAY OUT OF THE SUN! Of course at the time, we lived in Arizona and since then have relocated. You can put on all the sunscreen you want, but you still have to be careful. Okay fine if she has skin cancer, do what the docs have asked you to do and take care of that pale looking skin of yours’. This also shows that our celebrities are just as human as we are, they to have to face medical problems and it’s as tough for them as it is for us. Hope she can get the condition sorted out because disease is like cancer is very tough to over come.
