Oprah’s money is hers to do with as she chooses. She trusted individuals to help her improve children’s lives (Does it really matter where the children were born?) and a couple of workers actually hurt the kids. She is upset. Give her a break. As far as the US goes, how many billions of our dollars, and our children’s dollars, have been spent in Iraq? We as a nation won’t even give health care to children of parents who can’t afford health insurance. Since our soldiers in Iraq can’t react to being attacked without concern for the innocent people happen to be nearby, our future tax dollars are used to pay companies like Blackwater to “protect” some individuals. If you see a need, take action have your legislators channel government funds to the right place. We are spending billions, and billions, and billions of taxpayer funds outside the US, not just a couple of million on a school. Oprah’s money is hers to do with as she pleases! Don’t put her down for trying to help others.

Jennifer Lopez is coming out with a new fragrance. She recently had an interview on how and why she created the perfume ‘Deseo’, which is Spanish for desire. She says that she was inspired by the scents in her garden and that she thinks the perfume industry is going good right now with the many other artists releasing fragrances.

The perfume is due out in February and is a mix of scents of “watery bamboo leaves, garden yuzu, Sicilian bergamot and freesia; the heart is composed of star jasmine, pink geranium flower, orange blossom and French mimosa, and the drydown is of warm amber, oak moss, sensual musks, creamy sandalwood, atlas cedar wood, patchouli and mineral accord”.

You can get it in a pretty nifty bottle which is in the shape of a “diamond in the rough”.

Jeez Man, I never thought that some of these chaps in Hollywood had a heart, I thought they only had a big mouth. It looks like it pays to be a homeless these days! I would think a nice clean pair of underwear, Trousers, shirts, socks, and a comfortable pair of shoes would have been appreciated as the high dollar duds he got. And you never give a person who’s used to living on the streets some cash. Who did you do all this for Collin? Were you trying to impress some person you have to do business with later or did you have your heart in it, we’ll probably never know but that man is a lucky guy and he must be astonished as well. I MEAN I BELIEVE IN CHARITY, BUT IF THE STREET PERSON YOU HELP THE FIRST TIME IS STILL A STREET PERSON THE NEXT TIME YOU VISIT HIS CITY….WELL DOES THIS TELL YOU SOMETHING?

Former Hollywood sex symbol Jane Fonda is making a movie about finding love as an older person. Inspired by her new relationship with retired businessman Lynden Gillis, the 70-year-old wants to spread the word that older people are allowed to experience romance and sex. She says, “I want to do a sexy erotic love story about people over 70. It probably won’t appeal to young people. They will watch my film and realize there is something to look forward to after all, and that life doesn’t end at 40. “I think there’s a big audience of people who are yearning for this kind of film, and, believe me, it will improve their sex lives.” Her thoughts are great, there certainly does exist love and sex after 40, only you have to keep the desire awake and pushing. I really admire her for this, certainly her love for Lynden has provoked her to tell about it and share a few secrets with us. Hopefully the movie has PG rating so we all can see the adventures of Jane Fonda and the cast.

Dear Diary, You’re Sold!

Dear Diary, You’re Sold!

Anna Nicole Smith’s Diaries have finally sold, for a reported $59, 750 smackaroos. The two diaries were written by the Playboy model and actress back in the 1990’s. It’s interesting how these came to auction. An anonymous German businessman bought them on eBay along with other items for $500,000. After he got the rights to publish the writings, he decided to auction them off to the highest bidder. I’m not really sure if he got a good deal or not. Monetarily, no. But the sales of whatever book these diaries are published in could make quite a killing, no pun intended.

Howard K. Stern does not want the diaries published, and has claimed that they were stolen and should be returned to Anna Nicole’s estate. What this means is that, A: there is something in these books that he doesn’t want out, and B: I suddenly have an interest in reading what Anna Nicole had to say.
