Latin American singing sensation Ricky Martin has become the proud father of twin boys through a surrogate mother. He promises to take time from his career in order to raise his children, his spokesman said in a statement.
The boys were delivered “via gestational surrogacy,” and no other details and information were shared.
According to his publicist, “Ricky is elated to begin this new chapter in his life as a parent and will be spending the remainder of the year out of the public spotlight in order to spend time with his children”.
He was born in Puerto Rico. Ricky, who is 36 years old, was first introduced to the show businesses by being a singer in the boy band Menudo. His 1999 self titled album and and its smash hit song “Livin’ la Vida Loca” has made him a worldwide famous solo artist. Other hits include “She Bangs” and “Nobody wants to be Lonely” a duet with fellow Latino Christina Aguilera.

Actor Matt Damon and his wife, Luciana welcomed with open arms their second daughter into the world on Wednesday. She was born in the Memorial Regional Hospital in South Florida.
According to his spokesperson, he and his family are all “doing great”.
“She is a healthy, beautiful baby girl,” spokeswoman Jennifer Allen told Reuters through an e-mail.
The parents named their daughter Gia Zavala Damon, but there were no other details released by the spokeswoman.
Matt Damon is the 37 year old star of the “Bourne” action film movies. He and His wife Luciana, 32, already have one daughter named Isabella. She was born in 2006. Luciana also has another daughter from a previous marriage.

American Idol star Clay Aiken is officially a father. The 29 year old American Idol alum and his music producer friend Jaymes Foster welcomed a baby boy in his home state of North Carolina last Friday morning as Clay’s mom told local TV station WRAL. The baby’s name is Parker Foster Aiken. He was born at 8:08 AM, weighing in at 6 pounds and two ounces. He was 19 inches long. Little Parker is the product of artificial insemination. Clay and Jaymes will reportedly raise the child together even though they are not romantically linked. Congratulations go out to them and I wish the baby good health.

Heidi Klum says Seal is a “wonderful daddy”. The supermodel insists her singer husband is a fantastic father to the three children they raise together.

Heidi - who has two sons, two-year-old Henry and 19-month-old Johan, with Seal, and a four-year-old daughter Leni from a previous relationship - revealed: “Seal is a wonderful daddy. He never minded changing diapers, he loves to sing lullabies and he’s always 100 per cent there. We have that in common as parents.”

Jamie Lynn Spears will reportedly have a cesarean section. According to reports, the 17-year-old actress - who is expecting her first child with fiancé Casey Aldridge - has been told by doctors she will have to undergo the procedure after an ultrasound picture showed the baby was in the breech position.

If Jamie Lynn does not have the C-section, she could put the baby’s life in danger as it would be born upside down, and its oxygen intake would be restricted.

Meanwhile, Jamie Lynn’s older sister Britney arrived in Louisiana yesterday to support the ‘Zoey 101′ actress during the birth. However, Kimberlee Mitchell, owner and founder of child safety company Boo Boo Busters, says that JLo hasn’t really done anything wrong. Kimberlee explains by saying “When your baby starts sitting up, at around six months or so, that’s when you remove any canopies or mobiles.” The twins are barely a month old.

The People magazine issue in which Jennifer Lopez reportedly got paid $6 million for has arrived. The singer proudly shows off her 3-week old twins Max and Emme on the latest issue. The pictures were taken during an 8-hour shoot in JLo and Marc Anthony’s home in Long Island, New York last weekend. There’s a full 12-page spread of the family with intimate pictures of them in the home and especially the nursery. JLo also talks about the rumors of fertility drugs and she negates that by saying that twins actually run in both her and her husband’s family. The twins were natural!

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt will have their next child in France to honour the actress’s late French-Canadian mother. And I can also reveal that, despite rumours the pair are expecting twins, it will be just one girl to add to their growing family.

A source revealed: “Angelina has been told she is expecting a girl. She’s thrilled.”

Angelina’s mum, actress Marcheline Bertrand, died last year and the star wants to embrace her French heritage by bringing up her new tot over there. After months of house-hunting Brad and Angelina have bought a chateau in the south of France and plan to make it their family home.

Marcia Cross really, really wanted to have a baby, so she skipped out on the honeymoon and instead hit up the fertility doctor. She said, “We decided to skip our honeymoon and try in vitro after the wedding.”

She says now, “I had already been through infertility treatments. It’s very, very difficult to get pregnant in your 40s. It’s costly and tough on your body and your relationship.”

It worked for her, though. Just seven months after her wedding, Marcia gave birth early to twins Eden and Savannah. They just recently celebrated their first birthday.

Earlier it was reported that Britney Spears was seen purchasing a pregnancy test at a Rite Aid drug store. She was accompanied by her boyfriend Adnan Ghalib. Rumors flew about her possible third pregnancy in as many years.

She has issued a statement now saying that she is not pregnant. She says she was buying the test for a friend and has no need for one.

All we can do is expel a collective sigh of relief that the singer has not spawned again because a baby is the last thing she needs right now.

New mom Christina Aguilera just posted this cute graphic on her official website and finally gave us details about her happy baby news. Max Liron Bratman was born on Saturday night and not Friday like originally reported. She also posted a message and a video for all her fans.

The singer put together a special video for the song ‘Save Me From Myself’ which came off of her ‘Back to Basics’ album. The video even features actual footage from her and husband Jordan’s personal wedding video. Christina says that it was a little something to say ‘thank you’ for the undying love and support.

Time is coming to an end for Nicole Richie and Joel Madden. Their first child is due to be born sometime next week.

Joel’s brother Josh is all smiles about the upcoming birth. He can’t wait to be an uncle.

Despite conflicting claims that she had turned down the proposal, Delta Goodrem has accepted the offer of being “his lawful wedded wife” from former Westlife singer, Brian McFadden. Original news had claimed she said she felt too young to settle down, but the couple are eager to quell these rumours; proud to announce their forthcoming nuptials.

Big congratulations to the happy couple, I love it when cheerful news is afloat. We await eagerly more news of the wedding.

Not only does it seem like every leading lady in Hollywood is pregnant, but it seems like every leading lady in Hollywood is pregnant with TWINS. Christina Aguilera and Jordan Bratman might be expecting twins. I am currently pregnant with twins and am probably about as far along as Christina… We look very much the same in terms of fundal height (height of the top of the uterus). There’s not really any way to know for sure until she confirms it or gives birth, but I certainly would not be surprised. Well only the coming months will tell that whether or not she is having twins or not. By the way if we take past happenings into considerations then she is not going to give us a clue whether the physician or the gynecologist has confirmed anything of this sort or not.

It’s been about 2 months since we’ve heard of a good Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt adoption rumor so here we go. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt apparent want to adopt a child from Burma. Pitt and Jolie have even asked for the help from one of the country’s leading monks to help plan a trip to an orphanage. I only have one question regarding that matter . . . if she really cares about those people why don’t she donates rather than adopting, I mean don’t u think that had more sense?? There is so many alternative ways to give help if u think about it, and oh one more thing if she really care about those poor children’s all over the world , would it be more logical if she build for them a considerable orphanage instead of adopting one !! I just don’t get it , is this a joke !!!
