Richie Sambora was arrested for DUI on Tuesday but he could be facing criminal charges of child endangerment as his 10-year old daughter Ava, along with another juvenile and another adult, was in the car during his arrest. Sources say that after Richie was busted, the cops called Heather Locklear, Ava’s mom, and she authorized the other adult in the car to drive her daughter home. If the Bon Jovi guitarist was indeed driving drunk, he could be charged with endangering the 2 kids. He hasn’t been charged as of yet but the Laguna Beach PD is actively investigating the situation.

Eleven days may not have been enough time for Amy Winehouse to spend in rehab. It hasn’t even been a month since she got out, but she was partying with friends over the weekend.

Friday night, she finally left her hole at a London hotel and hit a place in Shoreditch, where she hit the beers. She even had one for the ride home at 2:30 a.m.

Saturday was a girls’ night out with friends for some bowling. They even painted their nails red on the way! What an awesome evening!

Amy Winehouse’s dream of singing at The Grammys this weekend could now be wrecked, after police quizzed her yesterday about smoking crack cocaine.

The Back to Black star, 24, needs a US visa to go to Sunday’s glittering ceremony in Los Angeles, where she is nominated for six gongs. Her chances of being allowed into America were already in doubt after being fined for cannabis possession last October.

Amy is now battling her drug habit in a clinic. A worried pal said: “The timing of this isn’t great. She is desperate to go to The Grammys and needs to show US officials she is taking her rehabilitation seriously.”

Things are not looking good…but I guess that’s what they call consequences.

After three days without sleep and nights spent talking to trees, troubled star Britney Spears is in official meltdown. Her psychiatrist paid her a midnight call and is thought to be trying to have her sectioned under the Mental Health act once again for her own safety.

Mum Lynne and manager, Sam Lufti, are currently in the house with Britney, who is said to inert, unresponsive and confused.

This new breakdown comes after Britney went on a 5am shopping trip to buy Red Bull and constipation pills before continuing her habit of driving aimlessly around Los Angeles all night in her new car.

At one point she stopped inexplicably in the middle of a canyon road, clambered from the Mercedes and confessed to the waiting photographers she was dizzy, afraid and wanted to go home. She then padded into the forest making strange faces and muttering to the trees in her new mock British accent.

The psychiatrist was told about the driving and decided she must be hospitalised on another “5150 hold” - which her manager agrees with.

Poor Britney. Incidentally, boyfriend Adnan is nowhere to be seen.

After really showing herself at the Directors Guild of America awards, Sean Young has entered rehab. She made obscure comments all night and then was eventually escorted out after making comments to Julian Schnabel. He was slow to start his acceptance speech, and Sean loudly proclaimed that he should get on with it.

Her rep announced today that she has long struggled with alcoholism. Sean has voluntarily entered a program to deal with that illness.

You have to give the poor, washed up actress credit for making an effort to get better.

Just hours after footage was released of her allegedly smoking crack cocaine, singer Amy Winehouse was taken to rehab. The troubled youngster was seen entering London’s Capio Nightingale hospital by concerned dad, Mitch. As she entered the top clinic, which has reportedly treated troubled rocker Pete Doherty, she clutched a note from jailed husband Blake Fielder-Civil, which read: “We’ll get through this because I f***ing believe in us.”

After assessments by specialists, Mitch took Amy home from the clinic but she must return for regular appointments. Her spokesman said: “She is in good spirits.”

Amy was dealt another blow yesterday after Blake’s mother insisted they should get divorce because of the singer’s bad influence on her son. Georgette Fielder-Civil said: “I know Amy is hooked on drugs. That’s her problem. Her pals are a bad influence on her and she’s a bad influence on her husband. I hope they go their own separate ways for their own good. I believe divorce is the only answer.”

The question is will Blake succumb to his mother’s wishes? They seem pretty devoted to me…but you never know with this pair.

In a bizarre twist, Britney Spears claims that the only person she can trust at the moment is new paparazzi friend Adnan Ghalib. After fleeing from hospital where she was taken late Thursday night on suspicion of a drug induced psychosis, Britney is now holed up with her new ‘chums’ in a rented mansion. These new friends consist of Ghalib and three of his photographer friends.

Adnan met Britney last month when she took him back to her hotel room for an evening. He spent the New Year with the star and her children; but left before the breakdown that took her to a hospital bed.

Britney claims, “He is my only friend in the world” and has shunned help from family and friends.

One source said, “Britney is on the edge. It’s worrying — and ironic — that the only person she feels she can turn to is a paparazzo. It’s like the lamb going to stay with the wolfpack. Britney knows Adnan because he has followed her relentlessly for months. Her family are astonished a photographer is the person Britney turns to when she needs to step out of the media storm. They fear she has lost her grip on reality so much that she feels her only friends are the paparazzi.”

When you look at Amy Winehouse the last thing you think of is fashion. With a string of troubles including drugs, bulimia and a jailed hubby you are more likely to think of a walking disaster area.

Unless of course your name is Karl Lagerfield. The top designer thinks that the singer is his new muse; even going as far as to compare her with sixties French actress Bridget Bardot.

To prove it the new line (ahem) by the designer is totally dedicated to the beehive queen.

Karl said of the singer: “She is a beautiful, gifted artist. And I very much like her hairdo. I took it as an inspiration. Because, in fact, it was also Brigitte Bardot’s hairdo in the late Fifties and Sixties. And now Amy has made it her own style.

“So, when I saw her, I knew it was the right moment. Amy . . . she is the new Brigitte.”

In the last few weeks, Marie Osmond passed out on live television during Dancing with the Stars and mourned the death of her father. Now she is facing her most difficult crisis yet. The singer confirmed Wednesday that her 16-year-old son, Michael, entered rehab last week for undisclosed treatment. Until you folks live her life and know the intimate details of her homelife, it’s really unfair to make such judgmental statements. Whether you like her dancing or not is irrelevant. Whether you like MARIE or not is irrelevant. For heaven’s sake, have a little compassion for a mother and a young man who is troubled! The reasons aren’t for any of us to say and are no one else’s business but Marie, Brian, and their son. Those who judge may find themselves in similar–or worse–circumstances at some point down the line.

After the massive roller coaster ride that she’s been on, it’s great to see Amy Winehouse back on stage doing what she does best and looking healthy while she’s at it. The troubled Wino made a surprising appearance at the prestigious Mercury Awards in London on Tuesday night.

The ‘Rehab’ singer gave a soul-stirring acoustic performance of ‘Love is a Losing Game’ which brought he house down.

Her surprise appearance at the show gives me hope that she will show up at the MTV Video Music Awards this coming weekend. She’s nominated for three awards and was scheduled to perform but she pulled out last week.

Brigitte Nielsen made a post-rehab appearance Sunday at a roast for former flame Flavor Flav – the first time she’s been sober on a show in three years. “I’m feeling good,” Nielsen says. “I feel like a new-born person. I just came out of rehab. I made a choice about a new life. It’s not been easy but it was definitely time.” Nielsen says she decided to enter rehab for alcohol abuse after something “within” told her “enough is enough.” Truly it’s better late than never. It is tough to get into a rehab by yourself, it requires a conscience and determination to get oneself enrolled into a rehab and having the world to know that you have a problem with alcohol. She wanted to fight it out and come out a winner. She has done that and hopefully she’s cleaner and has learnt to keep away from alcohol. It’s just not you that is suffering; it’s your family, friend and loved ones that suffer along side you. Now that she is feeling good, its time to go out their and enjoy a new refreshed life.

Lindsay Lohan has been “doing great” since she checked into rehab over Memorial Day weekend, her mother says. “I talk to her every day,” Dina Lohan told. “She’s going to do Promises’ extended care program.” The program, according to Promises’ Web site, is designed to help people “make the transition from residential alcohol or drug rehab treatment back into their community.” It includes a 12-step program and group therapy. What a farce this thing is, she, Lindsay Lohan is just as good as the other girls like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears and obviously that’s no good at all. For these girls rehab is a high society statement and nothing else. They check in when the troubles that they have created start worrying them and the have to find an escape. She be out in a few days time and then shall have a new thing to flaunt about and there shall be people reading that stuff as well.

When things are not going your way, the world will sit up and make all those negative comments about you so as to derive so kinda publicity from your downfall on bad times. NowAdd another voice to the chorus weighing in on Paris Hilton’s latest travails: Jamie Lee Curtis. Well Curtis is right in telling that today’s young people are not taught the rules of life at an early age but ask her if she is teaching her kids the rights and wrongs of life. When kids are grown up they perform acts by themselves and should learn to take responsibilities. But she says today’s celebs are lacking guidance: “The sad paths of the three most popular young women” – Hilton and, presumably, Lindsay Lohan and Britney Spears – “have ended in prison, rehab and mental illness. I hope their mothers are worried sick and wondering, ‘What could I have done differently?’ And our culture should be asking the same question too.” They are still young and hopefully these incidents will make them learn the dos and don’t of life and law.

Jonathan Rhys Meyers is out of rehab and back on the town.
The Irish-born actor - who played Scarlett Johansson’s lover in Woody Allen’s ‘Match Point’ - was seen at a Los Angeles restaurant with a mystery brunette, just two weeks after being treated for alcoholism.
A source told Access Hollywood: “Jonathan looked great. He had a newly shaved head and he is looking in incredible shape.” He joked and flirted with the woman as they enjoyed a meal together, but he stuck to drinking Coca Cola.”
Meyer’s representative Meredith O’Sullivan previously revealed her client entered rehab following a gruelling filming schedule. She said: “After a non-stop succession of filming, Jonathan Rhys Meyers has entered an alcohol-treatment programme. He felt a break was needed to maintain his recovery.”
The 29-year-old actor is currently starring as British monarch King Henry VIII in Showtime’s TV costume drama ‘The Tudors’. He recently began filming ‘August Rush’ with co-stars Robin Williams, Keri Russell and Terrence Howard.
Meyers - who denied romancing Scarlett off screen - has been romantically linked to Toni Collette, ‘She’s All That’ star Rachel Leigh Cook and is said to be in an on-off relationship with heiress Reena Hammer - daughter of make-up artist Ruby Hammer.
