Media mogul and talk show queen Oprah Winfrey has some really good advice for troubled singer Rihanna who is reportedly rekindling her love with Chris Brown. Brown and Rihanna’s relationship went into turmoil after Chris Brown hit her a month ago but now they are reportedly back as a couple.

Oprah is concerned that if Rihanna is back in the arms of Chris Brown then that does not argue well for the singer. She says, “You need somebody to tell you the truth in this moment. And the truth is guys, both Chris Brown and Rihanna, if I were your friend, I would call you up and I would say ‘Give it some time, get yourself some counseling, take care of yourself, heal yourself first.’ And also, ‘Love doesn’t hurt’. I’ve been saying this to women for years – love doesn’t hurt. And if a man hits you once, he will hit you again. He will hit you again. I don’t care what his plea is, he will hit you again.’”

I do not know anyone says, the point is he hit her and we all know that. My question is being a female with respect for oneself how can she not want to punch him right in front of everyone and also make sure he get what he deserves for his act – imprisonment.

Rumors of reconciliation between Rihanna and Chris Brown have elicited mixed reactions from the couple’s fans and friends. Some are saying they have seen that coming while some are saying Rihanna should get out of that abusive relationship while she is still alive. Rihanna was recently seen swimming in a Los Angeles private villa. This was the first time people had a glimpse of her after she flew to Barbados and to wherever she spent “alone” time after that violent incident with Chris Brown.

Chris Brown and Rihanna have reportedly spent some time at the Star Island mansion of Sean “Diddy” Combs in Miami Beach. It is however virtually impossible to get even a glimpse or a photograph of 13,000 square-foot property as it is very private. Chris Brown kept in touch with Rihanna on her 21st birthday last February 20. Rihanna’s representative however denied she has talked to Chris Brown on the phone.

After several weeks of hibernation and keeping away from the press Rihanna has finally resurfaced. The singer, who figured in a physical altercation with boyfriend Chris Brown last February forcing them to cancel their appearance at the Grammy Awards, was photographed at a beach in Punta Mita, Mexico just this weekend. Rihanna looked great with none of the swollen face and mouth which characterized her supposedly police photo after the incident.

The 21-year old Rihanna has been shuttled from one location to another immediately after the incident to protect her privacy. The press caught up with her father who confirmed she indeed went home to Barbados. Photos of her in a white bikini were taken at a private villa right after she celebrated her birthday. Rihanna has not talked about the incident yet but her father said he hope she learns something from it.

We finally know where Chris Brown is. The alleged woman beater is apparently staying with his biological father, who ironically works as a corrections officer, in Virginia. The elder Chris Brown told the media “He’s (Chris Brown) reflecting on this situation. He’s very remorseful. He’s very concerned about the situation and he wants to make sure that is Rihanna okay. This is unfortunate, this stumble, this situation. Hopefully, he will get past it. We all have our shortcomings. We all trip.” I smell a very public trip to violence therapy coming on. I still wish that Chris would break his silence and just admit to his mistakes.

New reports are saying that Rihanna is cooperating with police officers after reportedly being viciously attacked by Chris Brown. A police source confirmed that the Barbadian babe is providing ongoing cooperation with detectives who are busy compiling a domestic violence case against Chris. An industry insider who knows the pair said “Everybody’s sick about it. She’s so beautiful and nice. How do you hit her?” The pair got into a heated argument very early Sunday morning in Hancock Park in LA when a witness spotted the altercation and called police. Another neighbor who lives on the same block said “The screaming woke up my neighbors, but I slept through it. My son saw them tow away the silver Lamborghini. I hope she’s okay. It’s a shame.”

Rihanna’s rumoured boyfriend Chris Brown has bought her a $100,000 diamond necklace.

The ‘Umbrella’ singer, who has been constantly romantically linked to the R’n'B star and was recently seen kissing him in a KFC fast food restaurant, was thrilled to discover Chris had splashed out on a ruby and diamond necklace from jewelers Jason of Beverly Hills.

Jewellery designer Jason Arasheben revealed: “Chris went for the heart theme. He said, ‘She’s going to love this because she loves hearts.’”

Rihanna, 20, was so impressed with her sparkling gift that she has ordered a diamond-encrusted cross for 19-year-old Chris from the same jewelers.

Jason added: “Rihanna gave specific instructions about Chris’ gift. She was very particular about wanting the cross to match his other jewellery.”

Rihanna was first linked to Chris in February after he attended her 20th birthday. Later that month, the pair enjoyed a romantic holiday in Jamaica and could barely keep their hands off each other while cooling off in a pool. They are also believed to have got matching star tattoos on their necks during their break.

Rihanna has previously denied she is dating Chris, insisting he is like a brother to her. She said: “We are best friends, honestly, like brother and sister. I won’t say that we’re just friends – me and Chris are really best, best friends.”

Chris also claimed he has no interest in pursuing a relationship with Rihanna, saying: “People keep asking me, ‘What’s the deal?’ I’m like,’There’s no deal. No deal.’ We’re just friends.”
