The 53-year-old was competing on the British show with professional dancer Brendan Cole, but received the lowest samba score in history and only got 14 points from the judges.

Jo, whose Rolling Stones hubby Ronnie left her last year, competed in the show’s dance-off against athlete Jade Johnson after they both received the lowest number of votes.

Jo said to the show’s hosts Tess Daly and Bruce Forsyth: “I’m surprised I lasted this long.”

The star also revealed that she would be appearing on dance partner Brendan’s upcoming UK dance tour.

Dancing With The Stars contestant Kelly Osbourne has revealed the show has given her insomnia.

Kelly, 24, recently made her debut on the American TV show and she admitted she just can’t get to sleep as her routines are constantly playing on her mind.

She wrote on Twitter: “I can’t sleep, keep going over samba steps in my head!”

Kelly made her debut on the show with an “impeccable” waltz that brought her mum Sharon to tears. However, her second-week dance did not receive such rave reviews and she was awarded less flattering scores.

The Dancing with the Stars curse seems to have struck again, after actress Debi Mazar injured her neck on the set.

The Entourage star tweeted about her injury, posting a picture of herself wearing a neck brace.

She wrote: “Dwts!! after premiere. hospital. I’m ok. torn muscle in neck to chest! Foxtrot … cruel & sadistic If only judges knew”

It is the latest in a long line of mishaps on the set.

Already this season, which is only a few days old, singer Mýa cut her hand and former US house majority leader Tom Delay hurt his foot in practice.

In previous seasons the likes of Jackass star Steve-O, singer Jewell and reality star Melissa Rycroft were among those on the injured list.

Mazar survived the first round of eliminations, ending her debut with one of the highest scores of the night.

The Incredible Hulk star Lou Ferrigno is “surprised” at being left out of the line-up for the new season of Dancing With The Stars.

The 47-year-old had held talks with producers about appearing on the ninth series of the show. However, after losing 25 pounds in preparation for the tight costumes and gruelling routines, his name was not on the list of the 16 contestants taking part.

His manager and wife Carla told RadarOnline.com: “They never even had the class to give Lou a call and tell him that he was not going to be chosen – this is the second time they haven’t selected him but it will be the last.

“We couldn’t believe some of the people they picked, and Lou was more surprised than upset that he wasn’t chosen because we know he would have been great.

“I mean, Tom Delay, a corrupt politician, a skateboarder [Louie Vito] who nobody has ever heard of, and what exactly has Ashley Hamilton ever done?”

Cowboy Ty Murray was eliminated from American TV hit Dancing With The Stars last night, as he quipped: “Trying to teach me to dance is like trying to teach a blind guy to paint.”

The competitor, dubbed ‘The Survivor’ after making it to the top four, was knocked out a week ahead of the dancing competition show’s finals.

Now actor Gilles Marini, Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson and jilted Bachelor contestant Melissa Rycroft will fight it out for the top prize.

“I got a whole new respect for what these guys do,’ said rodeo champion Murray, 39, after being eliminated.

Murray was partnered with professional dancer Chelsie Hightower on the show, which is in its eighth season.

The ex-Baywatch babe danced on tables, chairs and a piano as she seductively peeled off the layers during her raunchy performance.

Is Dancing With The Stars doing Denise Richards some good? However, Denise Richards has finally decided to join the show saying that while women out there may still hate her, time may have made them hate her less. Denise Richards, who is filming the E! reality show’s second season, is training with her dance partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy. She said she agreed to do the show because at this time when she just wants to live her life she wants to take the plunge and just do it. She is still fortunate because amid the “curse” going around the show, what with the injuries suffered by the dancers, the only thing she is suffering from is a tired feet.

The former “Girls Next Door” star will be appearing on the US TV talent show “Dancing with the Stars”. The news about Holly Madison participating on the show was accidentally leaked on TV by her old co-star Bridget Marquardt who said the following: “I’m so excited for her. She’s wanted to do it for so long. It just never worked with her schedule and Hef’ was always like, ‘I don’t want you to do that,’ and now it’s her time, so I’m really happy for her.” Of course! Donnie Osmond accidentally let the cat out of the bag regarding his appearance on the upcoming season of ‘Dancing with the Stars’. As a guest alongside his sister Marie on the Bonnie Hunt Show, Donnie couldn’t keep a straight face in an attempt to dodge the question. The siblings then exchanged some banter reminiscent of the 70s, in which Marie joked that she just wants to “to see him [Donnie] in stretchy pants.” Donnie also said that he couldn’t just let Marie get one up on him if he chose to not participate. Spare us all! DWTS is really starting to look like Z-list heaven.

Dancing with the Stars funny lady Cloris Leachman was hospitalized in the LA area last Thursday for pneumonia.
Noooooo, I hope she feels a lot better, I love her. She better take care of herself more.
Thankfully, the doctors say that she’s feeling a whole lot better and she has been from the care center.
In fact, she’s been well enough to participate in another Dancing with the Stars rehearsal.
She’s set to make an appearance in next week’s show finale.

Did you think that Misty May-Treanor would have the courage and strength to continue on “Dancing with the Stars”.

After a foot injury during dance rehearsal with partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy on October 3, the Olympic volleyball gold medalist was forced to step out of the dance show.

The announcement came from the beautiful May-Treanor herself live on the Monday night show on October 6, 2008.

Well! She had the courage but not enough strength to return.

At the end of the show, May-Treanor talked to PEOPLE magazine, “I ruptured my Achilles tendon and from that point on I knew I couldn’t continue. I’m out and I’m really bummed.”

She further added, “We don’t know why these things happen. They could happen to anyone. I feel like I was only just beginning here.”

Every dark cloud has a silver lining and the good news is that the injured Misty has decided to start her family with husband Matt Treanor, a professional baseball player, as she will be requiring nine months for the rehabilitation after her surgery.

She said, “Having nine months off? That could happen. I was planning to take a little time off next year anyway, so this solidifies that.”

May God give her strength to return to the volleyball court and even to the ballroom.
