It looks like Eddie Murphy isn’t so popular these days. Since all of this controversy started between him and Melanie Brown over their four month old child, he’s been looking like quite the dead beat dad. He recently stated to the press that the baby had never been planned which got Brown fired up. So fired up in fact, she has joined his ex-wife Nicole Murphy for dinner. It isn’t entirely clear what the two spoke about but they were seen having lunch together in a Beverly Hills eatery. A witness reported that the two seemed very friendly. I’m sure they have plenty to talk about since Nicole was married to Murphy for twelve years before their divorce. He has already announced to marry again. He has recently become engaged to Tracey Edmonds. I certainly hope that anyone who previously thought highly of Eddie Murphy is thinking again. Any man who can deny his daughter and basically tell the world that he didn’t want her is a down right disgusting excuse for a human. I hope Brown hits him where it hurts and teaches him a lesson.

Eddie Murphy has finally taken the DNA test to see whether he is the father of Mel B’s daughter or not.
The 46-year-old comic took the test on Monday at a Beverly Hills medical facility. A source revealed some news about the actor’s DNA experience: ”Eddie came in half an hour after Mel B. and the baby”, says a source. “They didn’t want to run into each other.”
Eddie would know if he is the father of the two-month-old little girl in five days or three weeks.
The former Spice Girl singer Mel B gave birth to Angel Iris Murphy Brown on April 3 and she has long insisted that the comic is the father of her daughter. The singer told reporters that Eddie was her only man during their relationship and he is definitely the father.
She and the comic dated last summer, but in December Murphy told a Dutch TV show of Brown’s pregnancy: “I don’t know whose child that is until it comes out and has a blood test.”
In March Murphy’s current girlfriend Tracey Edmonds, told Chicago’s Power 92 radio station: “There’ll be a paternity test and if it’s Eddie’s then he’ll be responsible.”
Last month Brown revealed that Murphy has rejected to take the DNA test and she said she would take him in court and force him to do so.
She also said Murphy also had not contacted her since Angel was born: “He hasn’t seen his daughter. My people have contacted his people and they just had no response to anything.”
Murphy’s representatives didn’t want to comment on the case.
