If you’re still skeptical about their relationship, Jennifer and John Mayer are pictured sharing a sweet kiss at her ‘Marley & Me’ wrap party which was held at Nikki Beach in Coconut Grove last Sunday. One partygoer told Us Weekly “It was nice that she brought him.” Another source said “She’s really into John, and the nine year age difference doesn’t bother her for a second. Jen’s already telling friends she’s falling in love with this guy.” Check out the latest issue of Us Weekly for more pictures of the couple. Ironically, the cover of that magazine is John’s ex, Jessica Simpson.

Jessica Simpson is being blamed for her boyfriend Tony Romo’s less than impressive last few games with the Dallas Cowboys and someone thinks that it’s just not fair. Surprisingly enough, it’s Jessica’s ex John Mayer who comes to her defense. The sensitive yet cocky rocker posted a blog on his website defending Jess entitled “Don’t Ex with Texas”.

He goes to say that “All witty barbs, blogs, and fashion policing aside, that girl loves Texas more than you know. It’s one of her most defining traits as a person. So please don’t try and take that away from her. (You probably wouldn’t be able to, but it’s less work for all involved.)”
