A second Mariah Carey perfume is scheduled to hit the stores in September. It’s going to be called Luscious Pink by Mariah Carey. The new scent, just like her first fragrance M by Mariah Carey, will have notes of Tahitian tiare flower but is changed up by having a bouquet of lily of the valley, pink peony and a touch of white musk. Of releasing another perfume, the curvaceous diva says “Launching my first perfume was such an amazing experience that it has inspired me to expand my fragrance collection.” If she really wanted to expand her collection, she would have gone a completely different choice of base notes.

Magazines and TV reporters can often be caught in a lie but I’m sure a man of God hardly ever is. A clergyman for the National Church of God in the Caribbean confirmed to People that Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon did get married. Bishop Clifford Petty said that he was the one who presided over the singer and actor’s wedding. Combine his statement and the fact that the couple has gotten their hands on a marriage license in the Bahamas and boom – the marriage is a fact. According to a local official “It’s still a valid marriage even if it’s not filed. Anywhere in the world.”

Mariah Carey usually gets a lot of attention on her own but when she arrived at the Tribeca Film Festival red carpet premiere of her new movie ‘Tennessee’, there was something else that added to the media frenzy for the diva. The singer showed off a massive rock on her wedding finger. Is that an engagement ring? The 38-year old curvaceous diva has been quietly dating actor Nick Cannon for a few months now. Is there something that the quiet couple wants to say? Or is this just another way for Mariah to get more attention? If she heard of the supposed paparazzi boycott on her, it may very well be.

Mariah Carey recently had an interview with Britain’s OK! magazine. While Madonna and Angelina Jolie would do almost everything for their kids, Mariah says that “It’s hard to have kids in this world. I don’t think I could properly educate a child right now. Maybe in the future, but I actually haven’t thought about it. For now, I enjoy my dog Jack’s company. If I were to have a child, I would want to be married with a stable family environment. Not to say that’s how everyone has to do it but it’s the way I want to do things. My parents divorced when I was young and I’m not saying it was unstable but it’s not ideal either.” Who would want a diva for a mom anyway?

Now this is how you create a commotion! It has been a while since Mariah Carey scored a hit but that doesn’t mean that she can no longer stop crowds and create a media storm. The curvaceous diva posed for cameras as she shopped for butterfly designs on Monday at Van Cleef & Arpels on Rodeo Drive in Los Angeles. The singer also made a stop into Gucci for some extra shopping as paparazzi continued to get shots of her and her amazing cleavage – at least when they have a clear shot of it. There’s no doubt that it wasn’t just her cleavage which made jaws drop. I’m sure her credit card bill will too.

can now add entrepreneur to her list of job titles. The commercial for her perfume ‘M by Mariah Carey’ just came out.

When asked about her new perfume, Mariah said, “The inspirations for ‘M by Mariah Carey’ were multiple places I’ve been, moments in my life and childhood memories. It combines my favorite scents and means so much to me. I wanted my fragrance to be like a gift to my fans.”

And boy, what a gift! A half ounce bottle of the scent will set you back $175! Wouldn’t it be better to just treat someone to dinner and a movie?

Mariah has left one of her infamous long voice messages on her official website. In the long recording, Mariah talks about what she’s been up to since she last checked in with a message.

Apparently, the reason she hasn’t left any messages for a while is because she’s on vocal rest when she has free time so that she can get back in the studio for ’20 billion hours’. She also mentioned the reason for her call and that was because she realized how fantastic her fans were for sending her letters that made her happy.

She also mentions her Tennessee performance that she can’t really talk about, how happy she is with how her fragrance came out and the nice songs she’s been working on. Looks like she’s been a busy little bee.
