Richie Sambora was arrested for DUI on Tuesday but he could be facing criminal charges of child endangerment as his 10-year old daughter Ava, along with another juvenile and another adult, was in the car during his arrest. Sources say that after Richie was busted, the cops called Heather Locklear, Ava’s mom, and she authorized the other adult in the car to drive her daughter home. If the Bon Jovi guitarist was indeed driving drunk, he could be charged with endangering the 2 kids. He hasn’t been charged as of yet but the Laguna Beach PD is actively investigating the situation.

If you were one of the many who voted for American Idol wannabe Michael Johns after his Tuesday performance, you could have been influenced by a performance that wasn’t even part of the show. At the end of the show, Ryan Seacrest threw to a tape which showed highlights of the performances. The one they showed for Michael was actually better than when he sang earlier. That’s because producers used his performance from his rehearsal. And if you can recall, Paula called Michael on tat saying she heard him during rehearsal and that he sounded a lot better. Apparently, the same thing happened with David Archuleta last week when he forgot his lyrics.

Yeah, umm, before you make a statement to the press, you might want to be sure you’re on the same page as to what your story is.

Former New Jersey governor Jim McGreevey and his ex Dina Matos McGreevey have been accused by a former driver of having a threesome with him. Teddy Pederson says the then-gov and his then-wife would have consensual threesomes with him.

She says the rumors are “completely false and were prompted by Jim McGreevey.” He says, “This happened, this happened in the past, and now we need to move on with our lives.”

It’s been kinda nice to see him out of the picture. No nasty stories about him; no seeing him tag along with Britney. But, he’s back.

Well, not really. So his name is out there today - cops for the LAPD say they are not out to arrest Sam Lufti. Despite rumors that they want him on charges of allegedly drugging Britney, they say that’s not true. They say there is no investigation of that sort.

Sam’s spokesperson Michael Sands says, “Internet tabloid gossip Web sites need to stop reporting bogus stories without knowing the truth. They need to stop brainwashing the public.”

Well we saw it coming really – it was the only outcome of recent events in the world of Britney Spears. The singer was taken to hospital and sectioned under the mental health act.

Flanked by a police convoy, Britney was willingly taken to hospital in an ambulance after her psychiatrist felt her mental condition had deteriorated. She will be placed on a 5150 hold at the UCLA medical centre for 72 hours – meaning she is a danger to herself and others.

Mum Lynne and boyfriend Adnan Ghalib followed Spears to hospital. Dad Jamie arrived later looking very red eyed. Manager Sam Lufti was also present; although it seems that Lufti and Britney’s parents clashed over who was to make the medical decisions.

A judge will ultimately decide who will officially be responsible. This will be Britney’s second spell under 5150 in a month.

After three days without sleep and nights spent talking to trees, troubled star Britney Spears is in official meltdown. Her psychiatrist paid her a midnight call and is thought to be trying to have her sectioned under the Mental Health act once again for her own safety.

Mum Lynne and manager, Sam Lufti, are currently in the house with Britney, who is said to inert, unresponsive and confused.

This new breakdown comes after Britney went on a 5am shopping trip to buy Red Bull and constipation pills before continuing her habit of driving aimlessly around Los Angeles all night in her new car.

At one point she stopped inexplicably in the middle of a canyon road, clambered from the Mercedes and confessed to the waiting photographers she was dizzy, afraid and wanted to go home. She then padded into the forest making strange faces and muttering to the trees in her new mock British accent.

The psychiatrist was told about the driving and decided she must be hospitalised on another “5150 hold” - which her manager agrees with.

Poor Britney. Incidentally, boyfriend Adnan is nowhere to be seen.

And she wants everyone to be convinved that she’s such a good mother. Oh wait, maybe she can teach them what kind of girl to stay away from when they grow up.

Britney Spears headed out for some fun Friday night and was wrapped in a long coat. As the night went by, she slowly peeled away layer after layer of clothing. By the end of the night, she was down to a little red shirt that was practically falling off.

At least she kept her pants on and her legs closed!

Ok I know the world and his wife are probably sick to the back teeth of the Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib saga. I know I pretty much am. However the man just keeps pushing to the point where you can’t help but comment on it.

Just a month into their relationship, Adnan claims to ‘risk’ Britney never speaking to him again to allegedly clear his name. In reality what he is doing is creating more scandal, and money-making opportunities, by lifting the lid on their affair and telling all to two US TV shows.

Whilst refuting claims he’s trying to sell pictures of Britney, the snapper went as far as to compare them to tragic couple Princess Diana and Dodi Fayed and claiming that the star wants to have a baby with him after being banned from seeing her own kids. He also played private voicemail messages from Britney.

He insisted he is speaking out merely to clear his name and slammed reports he is exploiting Britney to rake in cash, denying he made any financial gain from the interviews. But he admitted it could mean the fallen starlet never speaks to him again, and shatter his dreams of marrying her. Adnan also slammed critics who have questioned his relationship with the chart-topper, saying they do not want her to find true happiness, “Whatever it takes. Scandal sells”.

Scandal sells huh? Well you would know Adnan…

Everyone is pretty much sure that Britney Spears is suffering from some sort of bipolar disorder. For months, maybe since the whole custody battle began, Commissioner Scott Gordon has repeatedly ordered the pop wreck to undergo psychological tests but she has not complied. But it now seems that a medical intervention is about to go down.

Brit’s divorce lawyers have reportedly devised a plan to get the fallen pop star into treatment. People are saying that it’s outpatient treatment that would allow professionals to “evaluate and treat” her condition. They’re also saying that Britney is “receptive” to the idea but that it’s not a done deal.

Amy Winehouse may have just opened up a new can of worms. She’s now just as bad as Pete Doherty and she needs to put an end to her self-destructive behavior if she doesn’t want to end up dead or in jail.

UK’s The Sun has just published shocking picture’s of Wino smoking crack at a party in London this past weekend. Just like Kate Moss, the signer was secretly videotaped at a drug-fueled bash at her house last Friday night. In addition to inhaling some crack from her glass pipe, Wino also snorted powdered ecstasy and cocaine and even admitted to popping six Valium pills to “bring myself down” as the paper is reporting.

While we are all enamored with Turk and Carla on Scrubs, in real life, Donald Faison dates CaCee Cobb, the best friend of none other than Jessica Simpson.  So, what’s his take on Jess’s obsession with Tony Romo?

Donald actually likes the two of them together.  Will they be hooking up for cozy couples only dinners together now?  Maybe not.  Donald says, “CaCee and I prefer to keep our relationship away from the glitz and cameras.  But he is a great guy.”

They did spend some time together when the two couples met to help CaCee celebrate her thirtieth birthday at Teddy’s nightclub.  Donald continued about Tony, “I think he’s really, really, really smart.  He’s a really genuine guy.”

Former model and Dancing With the Stars contestant Heather Mills McCartney is seeking millions of dollars in her divorce from former Beatle Paul McCartney. As she does so, she berates the rich in the world, calling them “misers and snobs.”

She married McCartney in 2002 and had their only child Beatrice in 2003. They separated last year with McCartney filing for divorce on the grounds of “unreasonable behavior” from his wife.

Mills McCartney made the berating comments during a 90-minute speech she gave to the debating society of Trinity College in Dublin.

She says she only befriended the rich people of the world because she felt she needed to do that if she wanted the chance to change the world.

She is quoted as saying, “Sadly, you have to mix at a certain level of people to raise the level of funds you need to bring about the greater good. Because people are very snobby. These people who have lots of money, they’re either snobby or they’re stingy. If you have lots of money, you have to be stingy - because why would you want that amount of money?”

Hmmm….but yet she WANTS that amount of money in her divorce settlement? She must be snobby….or stingy.

I feel this girl has great need to have a mentor right now. Obviously she has lost faith in herself. She wants to be validated as okay, because her ex was someone that she thought would be part of her life forever. Now that they are divorced, she feels like a failure and feels “why try to be a better person, I am a failure, so why even try”?
I wish I could just take this girl and bring her into my home secretly so the public wouldn’t hound her. She may be a big star always in the publics’ eye; however that doesn’t mean it is truely what she’s happy with. Right now she’s in a bad place emotionally and has lost all faith in herself that she is worth having anything good. She loves her boys but has lost the way to prove it to the world that she does. She needs help. I am in school now and we study different psychological disorders and she needs one-on-one help with someone who will not judge her, nor be overwhelmed by her star image. She is a person first, a mother second and star last.

Everyone but his ex-wife that is. He may come across as Mr. Nice Guy but his ex-wife is telling a different story for the world to know.

Tony Bennett’s former wife, Sandra Grant Bennett who is also the mother of two of his kids, is currently at work on a tell-all book about the legendary singer. Sandra was quoted in saying “The Tony I knew is not the same smiley Mr. Nice Guy the world knows.”

Among her revelations on the darker side of Tony are drug use, a nearly fatal cocaine overdose and his financial troubles. Let’s just hope that he’s stopped with all the white stuff because of the age he’s at.

Autumn doesn’t officially begin until Sunday, but Britney Spears’ fall has already begun. Ok sorry to all those who couldn’t understand what I meant. Britney Spears is having probably the worst time of her life right now and she perhaps does not want to get up the next morning knowing it could bring more bad news for her. These problems might now start weighing on her and take a toll on her mentally and maybe push her to take the shelter of drugs and alcohol to get over her grief. She might as well just go ahead and do the hustler photo spread and get it over with, because if she intends to live the life path she is on she might as well start to learn how to suck and swallow. She is bound to end up in ***** to make house payments or child support payments anyways. What a waste. May be she felt lonely without her pal Lindsay so she made plans to accompany her in the same cell.

Charlie Sheen is no angel, but neither is Denise. I would squawk too, if I had to have HER employees be the ones supervising my visitation with my kids. I don’t know where a judge got the idea that would work. It should always be a third party that has no interest in anything but the kid’s. That is why they usually appoint a guardian ad item in custody cases - so the kids have a lawyer that is supposedly only involved in their best interests - not the rest of the divorce issues. If she is paying them - they are going to say what she wants. And what makes a nanny qualified to supervise anyway…is she a psychologist that can tell if someone is manipulative or using words that are damaging. We went through a custody battle because of an ex spouse who’s words seemed innocent enough, until someone realized the psychological games that were being played - to the extent that one of the kids tried to commit suicide. Who is supervising Denise and what she does with the girls?

Marc Jacobs is considered the bellwether designer of American fashion. So, what’s the outlook for next spring? Um, a lot of lingerie?

Jacobs presented his spring collection late Monday night to a packed crowd that had been waiting in the Lexington Avenue Armory for two hours. (Celebrities such as Victoria Beckham and Sheryl Crow didn’t wait quite as long they seemed to know to show up “fashionably late.”)

But it looked like he could have used a little more time. Models were wearing what Jacobs called “scrap tops” and “one-half gowns” clothes that one presumes were left unfinished to make an ironic statement thus, giving the audience plenty of glimpses of their silk, satin and crepe bras, slips and tap pants.

On their own, individual elements of the outfits, such as a black lace cape or a moire sleeveless trench coat, were very attractive, but wearable clothes wasn’t the point here. Surely some of the stylists, retailers, editors and fashion fans went home shaking their heads. Jacobs, however, definitely had a plan.

The entire show was staged backward, beginning with his bow, then the finale and then running through the looks, starting with No. 56 and ending with No. 1, a denim cape and sequined gown. Some of the shoes had had heels built sideways into the uppers, while others skimmed so low on the heel they looked too small for the models even though they actually fit just fine.

It was almost surprising that Jacobs did indeed turn out clothes appropriate for warmer weather instead of parkas and cozy sweaters.

David Hans Schmidt, a 47-year-old man notorious around Tinsel town for attempting to hock compromised celebrity photos and videos for big money, has agreed to plead guilty in a plot to try and extort more than $1 million from Cruise in exchange for wedding photos pilfered from the actor. One doesn’t have to succeed in one’s actions to be a hero. Many people throughout history have sacrificed their lives for a cause. Colonel von Stauffenberg gave his life trying to remove Hitler from power and bring about a quick end to the war. Take a look at world history and I’m sure you’ll be surprised how many have died for their beliefs. He may be a little quirky, but I think everyone has there own quirks that other people think are strange. That is what is supposed to make our country so diverse. As for the movie, I would like to see it. Anyone who tried to assassinate Hitler has to have a good story behind him. I am a big tom cruise fan, have been since the 80’s. And I am also glad the scum that tried to extort money from him is getting his just rewards. What a jerk.

Animal rights activists have lashed out at Oscar winner Jamie Foxx after he spoke out in defence of dog fighting ring leader Michael Vick on TV. The American footballer has admitted to funding a dog fighting operation as part of a plea agreement to lighten a possible prison sentence. That is BS! That guy Michael Vick he has plenty of money! Dog fighting is not a sport. What is wrong with these people? I am surprised at Jamie Foxx. I didn’t know he like dog fights. I guess that will be another S__THead I don’t go see at the movies! This is I think the second time in two days that I am writing on this story and it’s because I even now cannot understand why the hell would an actor like Jamie poke his ugly nose into this issue, is he out of his mind or completely out of show biz practically out of work that he had do make a audacious comment like this to let people know that he can talk as well as sounds dumb as the same time. Till date I used to exclude him from the list of ‘keep away and forget’ celebs but now on he tops that list.

Actress Sienna Miller has hit back at her “sleep around” reputation - insisting the men she is linked with are just friends. The British beauty, who had a long term romance with Jude Law, has recently been linked with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Welsh actor Rhys Ifans - who is staying at her London home. It’s her life and people who are writing all this news about her and the men in her life can better learn to keep their mouths shut. If she find some guys attractive and wishes to enjoy a free life on her own terms then so be it. I just hope she makes sure that all these men use condoms or other means of save sex coz it will be horrible if have to lose a British beauty to sex related high headedness. Most reputations are media created they want to create a image of a person so that in future what ever is written about her the pretext shall include such previous crusades that she has had.

“I’ve been banned from America. That’s nice. Oh well, that means I can’t go back there. Good.” Lily Allen doesn’t seem to be bothered by the cancellation of her upcoming US tour, withdrawal from the VMAs and visa issues. Do note the sarcasm.

She said that as she performed at the V Festival in the UK this past weekend but she blogged about it last Monday to clear it up.

In her blog, she mentioned that she said the aforementioned quote not because of her current issues but because that’s what she’s been saying the whole entire time. She’s been ragging on President Bush even before the issues came about.

She also said that we should just take it for what it’s worth.

The former bodyguard for actress Lindsay Lohan is speaking out about her parents. He feels they are responsible for her recent descent into drug and alcohol related problems. Tont Almeida worked for Lohan for three years. He claims that Lindsay’s parents never gave her any kind of structure and encouraged her to keep working so they could uphold their lavish lifestyle. Almeida even claims he once had to pull Lindsay’s own father off of her after he shoved her against a car and called her a slut. He blames Lohan’s mother Dinah for allowing Lindsay to do whatever she wanted as long as she kept paying their bills. He even states that Lindsay had begged for time off and was doing cocaine by the age of 18. This story was told to In Touch magazine and I’m sure the basis behind his doing so was to get paid for it. However, that doesn’t make it a lie. I don’t doubt that any of this is the truth. It’s sad that Lindsay’s parents are like selfish little kids. It’s no wonder she has no one to learn from and even sadder that more people continue to gain from her messed up life.

Lane Garrison, who pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving in a crash that killed a teenage passenger, was ordered Thursday to undergo a 90-day evaluation to help a judge decide his sentence.

The former “Prison Break” actor will undergo a “diagnostic” by parole officers and psychologists in a prison before returning for an Oct. 31 appearance before Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox.

Garrison, 27, was driving a 2001 Land Rover on Dec. 2 when he lost control and rammed a tree. The crash killed Vahagn Setian, a Beverly Hills High School student who would have been 18 on Wednesday. Two other passengers, both 15-year-old girls, survived. They testified at the sentencing.

Garrison had a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 percent, more than twice the legal limit for driving, and was under the influence of cocaine, according to police.

Dozens of the victim’s friends and relatives were in court, many wearing T-shirts with Setian’s picture on the front and the James Dean saying, “Dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today” on the back.

About 20 people attended in support of Garrison.

The actor pleaded guilty in May to one count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, one count of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 percent or higher, and a misdemeanor of providing alcohol to a minor.

Garrison faces a maximum sentence of six years, eight months in prison. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has asked for four years and eight months.

He cried during the hearing and apologized to Setian’s family.

“I relive that night every day, and I think about the bad decision I made that day. All I can say to you is, I’m so sorry,” he said.

Garrison had been free on $100,000 bail but was held in custody after Thursday’s hearing.

His character on Fox’s “Prison Break” was killed in the show’s Oct. 2 episode. The Dallas native’s other credits include the film “Crazy.”

He was recently featured in a public service announcement that encourages viewers not to drink and drive. The PSA re-enacts his crash and he appears to be holding back tears as he talks about what a stupid and costly mistake he made.

Setian’s father, Karen Setian, told the judge he believed the PSA was Garrison’s attempt to appear sympathetic before sentencing.

“He is an actor, and he is acting. Let’s not fall for his act,” he said.

He said his son was killed “not by an accident but by the reckless action” of Garrison.

“In mere seconds, our hearts and our souls were ripped apart,” he said.

Rumer Willis, Demi Moore’s 18 year old daughter was in a hotel room with a man that was arrested on drug charges. Reports say that Rumer was not also arrested. This was at the La Quinta hotel in Aberdeen where she was shooting an independent film. According to Access Hollywood police were called in after noise complaints and arrested a man for marijuana possession. Reps for both Demi Moore and Bruce Willis have refused to comment. I guess they are too busy trying to keep the press from realizing they have a future Lohan/Hilton on their hands. I’d like to say I’m surprised but really, is anyone? A young, rich kid with no real sense of responsibility is going to do this stuff. It’s just going to continue to get worse from here, especially if she is in hotel rooms with grown men and no chaperone of any kind. It’s not that she is a child but 18 in Hollywood hardly constitute as smart enough to be mature. Take a look around and tell me I’m wrong.

Authorities have released an audio copy of the 911 call made by the mother of Lindsay Lohan’s former personal assistant in the minutes before Lohan’s arrest.

The woman pleaded frantically for help early Tuesday because a mysterious car was following her, according to the audio copy, released Thursday. The 911 call lasted nearly three minutes.

Lohan, 21, was arrested for investigation of misdemeanor driving under the influence and with a suspended license, and felony cocaine possession.

Her personal assistant had quit hours before the event, police said.

The woman contacted a Santa Monica police dispatcher shortly after 1:30 a.m. Tuesday while driving on Wilshire Boulevard. She apparently didn’t realize the actress was in the white GMC following her.

“We were just about to park our car. We are turning home and out of nowhere a huge white GMC came up,” the woman said to the dispatcher.

“We’re being followed by a GMC … the gentleman jumped out of the car,” she said a few seconds later. “Oh my God, sir, they’re following us. We need help.”

The dispatcher repeatedly asked the woman for her location. The woman eventually said she was heading for the police station.

Police said the woman, accompanied by a passenger, drove her black Cadillac Escalade into the parking lot of Santa Monica’s Civic Auditorium, about a block away from the police department, followed by Lohan driving a Yukon sport utility vehicle.

During the call, the woman could be heard saying, “Oh my God, what is he doing?” Near the end, hysterical but muffled yelling and screaming is heard.

A few moments later, the woman could be heard in the background, apparently pointing out people to the officers.

“That’s him, that’s him right there,” she said. “And him, stop them.”

Authorities saw Lohan and the woman in what police have called a “heated debate.” They also said two men were with the actress in the car.

An anonymous thief has struck at the heart of radio icon John Laws’s world by stealing his prized golden microphone, only a scant few months out from retirement. The theft was revealed this morning when Laws disclosed that the famous golden microphone had actually been sitting in a box in an office since 2UE moved in 2005. Theives are modern day beggers, they do not ask for things they just steal it from you. The microphone, a Sennheiser worth $9800 and with the serial number JL 0001, is considered one of John Laws’s most distinctive possessions. It was a gift from 2UE management in 2003 for Laws’s 50th year on radio. Those jerks would never have the same sentiments for the microphone, but once the read the papers they sure would know more about their prized possesion. Bet you they would be playing with the thing in their hidding and would have made plans to sell at a good price that if the cop aren’t able to nab them before that.

Defense attorneys tried to shift the focus of Phil Spector’s murder trial to the troubled life of Lana Clarkson, calling to the stand a paramedic who once treated the actress.

Paramedic Daniel Stark recalled answering a call in the Hollywood Hills in December 2001 to help Clarkson, who had fallen at a Christmas party and broken both her wrists. He said Clarkson was crying in pain and required a heavy dose of morphine on the way to the hospital. He also said he detected a strong odor of alcohol on Clarkson and others at the party who were slurring their words.

Prosecutor Alan Jackson angrily challenged the paramedic, noting a written report on the incident did not mention alcohol. Stark said his partner, not he, filled out the report.

“You’re not suggesting she was blitzed?” asked Jackson, to which the witness responded, “No. She was under the influence.”

Prosecutors say Spector shot Clarkson. The defense contends she fatally shot herself Feb. 3, 2003, at Spector’s home after a night out, and that alcohol was a factor.

While they may never be able to say “adios” to the paparazzi, Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo aren’t sitting idly by as steamy photographs taken on their Mexican getaway make the tabloid rounds. Sometimes the shutterbugs go beyond decency and invade the privacy of people who are NOT looking for publicity. A private hot tub is not open to the public or an excuse for a photo-op. They should have had an opportunity to enjoy time together, alone and private. Whether or not we like the people involved, if they are looking for privacy that should be respected. They were not trying to be like some of these other celebrities who do anything and everything to get media attention and then gripe about it. They genuinely wanted to be left alone. What can they best do now is offer some small amount of money and get the videos or pictures, this will also give them the opportunity to see the steamy craft of that person. On a more serious note the best way help themselves is by filing an anticipatory notice so as not to allow anything going public.

The British equivalent of Lindsay Lohan or even Paris Hilton except with actual singing skills, Lily Allen has been charged and bailed over an alleged assault on a photographer outside a London’s Wardour Club in Soho on March 13. The 21-year old singer presented herself to the police yesterday.

Scotland Yard wouldn’t refer to Lily by name but did confirm that a 21-year old female presented herself at a central London police station by appointment under the same circumstances of the allegations filed against the singer.

She has since been bailed out to return on a date in late July.

A photographer accused of planting a listening device outside the Sydney home of Nicole Kidman has had all charges against him dropped.
Police discovered the device in 2005 and suspected Jamie Fawcett of trying to listen in on conversations between Kidman’s security guards.

Mr Fawcett said he felt that as a paparazzi photographer he had been unfairly targeted.

He had once been subject to a restraining order brought by Kidman.

Speaking outside court on Thursday, Mr. Fawcett said: “It was a very narrow investigation that once again targeted the photographers at a scene and I felt that was perhaps unfair.”

He added: “I am often asked about the feud between Miss Kidman and myself. In fact, I don’t have any opinion whatsoever about Miss Kidman, other than to wish her all the best.”

The New South Wales state Department of Public Prosecutions (DPP) gave no reasons in court for withdrawing the charges.

Kidman’s Australian agent, Wendy Day, said the actress had no comment to make on the case because she had not been involved with it.

“It has nothing to do with Nicole,” she said.

“That was something to do between the DPP and Jamie Fawcett.”

In 2005, Kidman won a temporary restraining order against Mr Fawcett and another paparazzi photographer, Ben McDonald, who she said made her feel like a prisoner in her own home.

The parties eventually came to an out-of-court agreement that the photographers would stay 500 meters away from her property, but could take pictures of her elsewhere.
