Jessica Simpson will sing for US troops.

The ‘With You’ singer will fly to Kuwait to entertain soldiers who are currently on duty in the Middle Eastern country. She said: “I am heading to Kuwait to do a show for the troops, then back in the studio. It’s truly an honour to perform for the troops. I get to serve my country by doing what I love to do in front of thousands of brave men in uniform. It’s every girl’s dream!”

Her trip is being sponsored by social networking site, MySpace, under the name Operation MySpace. Other acts set to perform at the concert on March 10 include the Pussycat Dolls and rock bands Disturbed and Filter.

Jessica is the latest in a long line of stars to perform for the armed services. She follows in the footsteps of Marilyn Monroe, Robin Williams, Mariah Carey and Welsh opera singer Katherine Jenkins.

In 2001, ‘Ocean’s Eleven’ stars George Clooney, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Julia Roberts and Andy Garcia visited US troops at a military base in Turkey. While they were there they signed autographs, chatted and posed for pictures with the soldiers in a bid to boost their morale.

While we are all enamored with Turk and Carla on Scrubs, in real life, Donald Faison dates CaCee Cobb, the best friend of none other than Jessica Simpson.  So, what’s his take on Jess’s obsession with Tony Romo?

Donald actually likes the two of them together.  Will they be hooking up for cozy couples only dinners together now?  Maybe not.  Donald says, “CaCee and I prefer to keep our relationship away from the glitz and cameras.  But he is a great guy.”

They did spend some time together when the two couples met to help CaCee celebrate her thirtieth birthday at Teddy’s nightclub.  Donald continued about Tony, “I think he’s really, really, really smart.  He’s a really genuine guy.”

Jessica with a smart guy?  It’s a good thing because we all know she’s a few fries short of a Happy Meal.

Unlucky at love singer/actress Jessica Simpson has expressed interest in finding a man from Boston. “I think Boston has cute boys,” she tells Extra. “I need a Boston man. A Boston man is closest to a Southern man, I believe.” I’m not a big fan, but at least she has enough sense to stay out of trouble and take advantage of the opportunities she gets. Her singing/movie career ain’t happening, but she makes her money selling the shoes, swimwear, extensions and Proctiv. Unlike some of colleagues, she seems to understand this is not gonna last forever and she needs to strike while the iron is hot. So while everybody else is going to court/jail/or rehab, she is going to the bank. Look at the others that are singers just like her from Amy to Britney all are either druggies or jail bound or in courts fighting for custody. At least the same cannot be said for Jessica, she is out there doing her stuff and that’s the best way to live a life.

She’s been busy on the set of Major Movie Star, but according to Life & Style, Jessica Simpson made time last week to hook-up with Leonardo DiCaprio at Los Angeles hot spot Les Deux.

In a move that would be surprising on Leo’s behalf, the magazine’s clubgoing source claims, “They were all over each other. His arm was around her, and her hand was on his knee.”

Jessica Simpson has refused to rule out a future breast job because she can’t bear the thought of her best features sagging. The busty star insists her current pair are real, but she isn’t afraid to go under the knife to keep them looking good as she ages.
She tells, “I’ve had none (plastic surgery). But maybe after having kids, if my boobs dropped down to my belly button, I would get them lifted… Maintenance. But you know my boobs are real.” Well she doesn’t have to tell the same thing repeatedly cos they sure look real and her twin assets are fantastic. But maintenance if she does really take care of them well then she will not have to go in for a plastic surgery. How many times would one go in for a surgery, after 15-20 years she would be sitting in her home and watching the pics and trying to identify which one of those where the original one and which were the one that went under the surgeon’s knife. I don’t think anyone should undergo plastic surgery. I mean LOOKS ARE NOT EVERYTHING!

It wasn’t long ago that the fling between Jessica Simpson and John Mayer came to an end. Now it seems that she has already rebounded back to former fling Dane Cook. Since her divorce from Nick Lachey she has been linked to a number of different celebrities. One of them was Dane Cook during the time that the two shot the movie, Employee of the Month. Dating rumors died out but have been rekindled. She was with Cook at Prince’s VIP concert on Saturday night. Spectators report the two were dancing and touching one another all night. Well that just isn’t juicy enough gossip to me to instantly think it makes them involved. They could very well just be friends, although they both do tend to run on the highly immature side of things. They might just make a perfect couple. Although, any man who chooses to end up with Jessica Simpson must be either a very strong or very stupid man.
