Lisa Marie Presley is still fuming about the media commenting on her growing physique that she is actually suing! Elvis’ daughter is actually planning to take several publications to court for calling her fat. But don’t take that for granted because that’s not all that was said. Publications also made claims that she had an “unhealthy appetite” and is “growing like her dad”. Her lawyer has commented about the lawsuit plans saying that such allegations have left the star “deeply upset and offended”. Her spokeswoman Cindy Guagenti recently spoke to the AP recounting the stories that have been printed saying “It’s like, ’she’s gonna die like her father’, ‘her and her mom are in a fight because of her weight’ - that’s not true at all. It’s just awful stuff.” Yeah, but a lawsuit? Can’t she just wave it off?

You know, these two are on-again, off-again. This time, they are on-again. Rumors are flying now that they are engaged and have been telling friends that they can’t wait to get married.

Morgan’s rep isn’t making a comment right now. If the couple does get married, they will be husband and wife both on screen in Weeds and off. Morgan will join Parker’s family with her son William and her recently adopted African daughter.

It was announced last Friday that Dr. Phil was going to tape a show Monday to air Wednesday concerning Britney Spears and the recent drama surrounding her. He has announced today, however, that he had cancelled those plans. This was announced via his website.

He said, “We had planned to tape a Dr. Phil Now show today, focusing not on the tabloid side of Britney’s latest problems, but instead on the very serious issues surrounding this case. Clearly, it is not just Britney’s family struggling to find a way to protect adult children who cannot be ordered or compelled to seek help.”

Dr. Phil continued,”Because the Spears situation is too intense at this time, and out of consideration to the family, I have made the decision not to move forward with the taping at this particular time.”

I have to give kudos to Dr. Phil for that one. Sure, I like to chat about her, too, but the girl needs some serious help, and maybe she needs us all to butt out for a while so she can do that in privacy.

There’s some new development in the Britney Spears custody case. An order has been obtained and sources say that you have to read between the lines but it pretty much says that Commissioner Scott Gordon has ordered the pop wreck to sit for her deposition. Britney failed to show for her original scheduled depo a few weeks back saying that she was ill. But she was spotted later that night partying it up. It’s what prompted KFed’s lawyer to subpoena the paparazzi video of her partying that same night.

Sources say that Britney will take the oath and submit to the deposition by the first week of January.

It seems she just can’t learn her lesson. In past months Britney Spears has been involved in countless driving incidents including running a red light, driving over a policeman’s foot; and recently she was banned from having her kids in the car with her when she was driving. But all this obviously isn’t enough to turn the pop star into the model driver.

In a move sure to prevent the ruling about her kids being overturned, Miss Spears was caught on camera by Hollywood TV sending a text on her mobile phone whilst driving. Now you would think that as a big celeb; used to being followed by the press, Britney would think twice about misbehaving and getting away with it. Doesn’t she know by now the paparazzi have a way of seeing everything?

Britney, honey, hire a chauffeur or something. You really oughtn’t to be on the roads.

To be honest, I was a bit disappointed that the Spice Girls lipsynched their songs at the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show on Thursday and the BBC One special on Friday. But sources close to the ladies are guaranteeing that they will be singing live when they go out on tour which will kick off on December 2.

An insider explains the reason for the girls making a shortcut at the fashion show saying “Last night with all the production issues and different set ups, it would have been a nightmare. Better safe than sorry. Rarely do we trust TV sound (apart from the big awards shows).”

I guess we just have to wait for the tour.

I feel this girl has great need to have a mentor right now. Obviously she has lost faith in herself. She wants to be validated as okay, because her ex was someone that she thought would be part of her life forever. Now that they are divorced, she feels like a failure and feels “why try to be a better person, I am a failure, so why even try”?
I wish I could just take this girl and bring her into my home secretly so the public wouldn’t hound her. She may be a big star always in the publics’ eye; however that doesn’t mean it is truely what she’s happy with. Right now she’s in a bad place emotionally and has lost all faith in herself that she is worth having anything good. She loves her boys but has lost the way to prove it to the world that she does. She needs help. I am in school now and we study different psychological disorders and she needs one-on-one help with someone who will not judge her, nor be overwhelmed by her star image. She is a person first, a mother second and star last.

Oprah’s money is hers to do with as she chooses. She trusted individuals to help her improve children’s lives (Does it really matter where the children were born?) and a couple of workers actually hurt the kids. She is upset. Give her a break. As far as the US goes, how many billions of our dollars, and our children’s dollars, have been spent in Iraq? We as a nation won’t even give health care to children of parents who can’t afford health insurance. Since our soldiers in Iraq can’t react to being attacked without concern for the innocent people happen to be nearby, our future tax dollars are used to pay companies like Blackwater to “protect” some individuals. If you see a need, take action have your legislators channel government funds to the right place. We are spending billions, and billions, and billions of taxpayer funds outside the US, not just a couple of million on a school. Oprah’s money is hers to do with as she pleases! Don’t put her down for trying to help others.

Man these rumors just don’t stop, do they? Pop singer Pink and her motocross husband Carey Hart are facing more rumors that they are facing marital problems and possibly divorce. Well, if she agreed to the “don’t ask, don’t tell” policy, then what’s the big deal and why would she divorce him? It doesn’t make sense. However, quite some time ago I read an interview she did where she talked about sex. I got the impression she could live without it. She also thinks that oral sex is disgusting. So who knows what, or doesn’t, go on behind their closed doors. Time will tell I guess. I wouldn’t be with someone who slept with other people, especially if I was famous! She’s got her own cash so why doesn’t she just chalk it all up to a mistake and MOVE ON?! Everyone is saying that Carey Hart is just way too good for her and blah, blah, blah. If he’s cheating, how does that make him too good for her?

Apparently the court is willing to bet that Britney Spears is already a little stronger than yesterday. Two days after losing custody of her two sons to her ex-husband, a family court commissioner granted the troubled pop star monitored visitation rights with two-year-old Sean Preston and year-old Jayden James. It’s funny someone mentioned that they hope this doesn’t turn to tragedy…I was just telling someone that the people and paparazzi won’t be happy until this girl kills herself. Hope Brit’s mom still loves the fact that she whored out her daughter as a child so she could be a megastar and take care of the rest of the family that doesn’t work (except for the other daughter she’s getting checks from). Her mom makes me sick. Now where is her mom when Britney is facing all these charges and facing the worst crisis in her life, she must still be checking that bank account balance to see how many years of reserves she has to fulfill her dreams?

Autumn doesn’t officially begin until Sunday, but Britney Spears’ fall has already begun. Ok sorry to all those who couldn’t understand what I meant. Britney Spears is having probably the worst time of her life right now and she perhaps does not want to get up the next morning knowing it could bring more bad news for her. These problems might now start weighing on her and take a toll on her mentally and maybe push her to take the shelter of drugs and alcohol to get over her grief. She might as well just go ahead and do the hustler photo spread and get it over with, because if she intends to live the life path she is on she might as well start to learn how to suck and swallow. She is bound to end up in ***** to make house payments or child support payments anyways. What a waste. May be she felt lonely without her pal Lindsay so she made plans to accompany her in the same cell.

Charlie Sheen is no angel, but neither is Denise. I would squawk too, if I had to have HER employees be the ones supervising my visitation with my kids. I don’t know where a judge got the idea that would work. It should always be a third party that has no interest in anything but the kid’s. That is why they usually appoint a guardian ad item in custody cases - so the kids have a lawyer that is supposedly only involved in their best interests - not the rest of the divorce issues. If she is paying them - they are going to say what she wants. And what makes a nanny qualified to supervise anyway…is she a psychologist that can tell if someone is manipulative or using words that are damaging. We went through a custody battle because of an ex spouse who’s words seemed innocent enough, until someone realized the psychological games that were being played - to the extent that one of the kids tried to commit suicide. Who is supervising Denise and what she does with the girls?

Spears’ is Trailor Park Trash. Just like Anna Nicole. She is nasty, fat and dumb. Before you go on TV you have to have your program air tight. Justin Timberlake got off on his special. That is what an entertainer has to do to be on top. BRIT-TRASH was awful. She was fat and should not have worn that outfit. That outfit wanted to throw up with all that fat sloshing around in it. And she could never sing. She can’t touch Christina as far as singing goes. White America wanted a Great White Hope. They ended up with a Great White HO. Brit-Thrash is finished. Somebody please take those kids before they get submerged in a tub of hot water. As For Timbaland, this a** hole just can’t get over petty things and can’t understand the state of mind Britney is in right and he’s yanking for an apology, someone just come and hit in the head twice so get out of this stupid – asking for apology syndrome.

There we have it, the man’s just died a few days ago and the females will not let him rest in peace. The women in the life of Italian tenor Luciano Pavarotti could be in for a battle over his 250 million fortune. While the opera superstar’s three adult daughters, who have sided with their mother – Pavarotti’s first wife Adua Veroni following their divorce in 2000, but recently had a rapprochement with their father, have lined up on one side, his second wife Nicoletta Mantovani’s on the other. The man’s dead and has left some goodies behind and now there’s going to a fight for that fortune with the ladies slugging it out to claim the money, that’s the story with all these people. If Britney has a fortune then Kevin wants it all for himself and when Pavarotti has left something behind the ladies are trying to lay their hands on it. Everyone’s so greedy that not an inch of barren land would be left if it could be theirs.

Marc Jacobs is considered the bellwether designer of American fashion. So, what’s the outlook for next spring? Um, a lot of lingerie?

Jacobs presented his spring collection late Monday night to a packed crowd that had been waiting in the Lexington Avenue Armory for two hours. (Celebrities such as Victoria Beckham and Sheryl Crow didn’t wait quite as long they seemed to know to show up “fashionably late.”)

But it looked like he could have used a little more time. Models were wearing what Jacobs called “scrap tops” and “one-half gowns” clothes that one presumes were left unfinished to make an ironic statement thus, giving the audience plenty of glimpses of their silk, satin and crepe bras, slips and tap pants.

On their own, individual elements of the outfits, such as a black lace cape or a moire sleeveless trench coat, were very attractive, but wearable clothes wasn’t the point here. Surely some of the stylists, retailers, editors and fashion fans went home shaking their heads. Jacobs, however, definitely had a plan.

The entire show was staged backward, beginning with his bow, then the finale and then running through the looks, starting with No. 56 and ending with No. 1, a denim cape and sequined gown. Some of the shoes had had heels built sideways into the uppers, while others skimmed so low on the heel they looked too small for the models even though they actually fit just fine.

It was almost surprising that Jacobs did indeed turn out clothes appropriate for warmer weather instead of parkas and cozy sweaters.

Bryn Terfel has pulled out of his highly anticipated appearance in the Royal Opera’s production of Wagner’s “Ring” cycle, citing “a particularly stressful family situation” involving one of his children.

The Welsh bass-baritone was to have sung Wotan/The Wanderer in the performances scheduled for next month. It was supposed to have been his first performance in a complete Ring Cycle.

“I have had a particularly stressful family situation involving one of my children this summer which has affected the time I had put aside to prepare for this challenging role,” Terfel said in a statement carried by the Opera’s Web site. “Having begun rehearsals it is clear to me that I would not be able to perform at the standard I would wish to.”

The nature of the problem was not disclosed. The Times of London newspaper reported that the performance had been sold out for more than a year, with some tickets for the entire four-opera cycle going for as much as $1,610.

“The Royal Opera expressed shock and surprise at Bryn Terfel’s cancellation, acknowledging the disappointment it will bring to audiences who were looking forward to seeing him perform in a complete Ring Cycle for the first time,” the company said on its Web site.

The company said Terfel would be replaced by award-winning singer Sir John Tomlinson, with whom Terfel had been due to share the role.

Terfel sang Wotan for the first time in “Das Rheingold” and “Die Walkuere” during the 2004-5 season in the Royal Opera’s production by Keith Warner.

He also is slated to sing Wotan in the Metropolitan Opera’s performance of the Ring cycle, scheduled for 2012.

David Hans Schmidt, a 47-year-old man notorious around Tinsel town for attempting to hock compromised celebrity photos and videos for big money, has agreed to plead guilty in a plot to try and extort more than $1 million from Cruise in exchange for wedding photos pilfered from the actor. One doesn’t have to succeed in one’s actions to be a hero. Many people throughout history have sacrificed their lives for a cause. Colonel von Stauffenberg gave his life trying to remove Hitler from power and bring about a quick end to the war. Take a look at world history and I’m sure you’ll be surprised how many have died for their beliefs. He may be a little quirky, but I think everyone has there own quirks that other people think are strange. That is what is supposed to make our country so diverse. As for the movie, I would like to see it. Anyone who tried to assassinate Hitler has to have a good story behind him. I am a big tom cruise fan, have been since the 80’s. And I am also glad the scum that tried to extort money from him is getting his just rewards. What a jerk.

Animal rights activists have lashed out at Oscar winner Jamie Foxx after he spoke out in defence of dog fighting ring leader Michael Vick on TV. The American footballer has admitted to funding a dog fighting operation as part of a plea agreement to lighten a possible prison sentence. That is BS! That guy Michael Vick he has plenty of money! Dog fighting is not a sport. What is wrong with these people? I am surprised at Jamie Foxx. I didn’t know he like dog fights. I guess that will be another S__THead I don’t go see at the movies! This is I think the second time in two days that I am writing on this story and it’s because I even now cannot understand why the hell would an actor like Jamie poke his ugly nose into this issue, is he out of his mind or completely out of show biz practically out of work that he had do make a audacious comment like this to let people know that he can talk as well as sounds dumb as the same time. Till date I used to exclude him from the list of ‘keep away and forget’ celebs but now on he tops that list.

Actress Sienna Miller has hit back at her “sleep around” reputation - insisting the men she is linked with are just friends. The British beauty, who had a long term romance with Jude Law, has recently been linked with Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs and Welsh actor Rhys Ifans - who is staying at her London home. It’s her life and people who are writing all this news about her and the men in her life can better learn to keep their mouths shut. If she find some guys attractive and wishes to enjoy a free life on her own terms then so be it. I just hope she makes sure that all these men use condoms or other means of save sex coz it will be horrible if have to lose a British beauty to sex related high headedness. Most reputations are media created they want to create a image of a person so that in future what ever is written about her the pretext shall include such previous crusades that she has had.

She said that as she performed at the V Festival in the UK this past weekend but she blogged about it last Monday to clear it up.

In the past you’ve seen celebrities leave that store but now that Paris is selling her overpriced ugly clothes there, I’m guessing the good celebrities will boycott. Just coz is she a celebrity doesn’t mean she can design clothes and put them up for sale, only the weirdest and most insane people would be looking to wear a Paris Hilton signature T-shirt. Or people are filthy rich live in remote countries where they simply would take Paris as the name of the French capital – Paris as something that’s really extraordinary would look to buy her creations. As for Paris who promised so much about doing some good charity work, well now we can understand her meaning of charity – it is to make money which ever way she can to support her drug addiction and other nuisances that we have all come to accept is just an inseparable part of her way of life and being a inconsequential celebrity.

The ex-husband of Britney Spears has been fired from an upcoming film starring Keanu Reeves. The dancer turned wannabe actor reportedly had a small role in the film titled “The Night Watchman”. It’s reported that he has been fired but was not informed of his dismissal until he showed up for wardrobe. That’s incredibly unprofessional and rude to wait that long to tell somebody they no longer have a job. Federline’s people have declined to comment but a rep for Fox Searchlight denies that he ever had a role in the film at all. Kevin Federline has really been dished his share of crap over the last year or two. I don’t think he’s ever going to get a fair shake in Hollywood. The labels will always hang over his head. Perhaps he should say goodbye to Tinsel Town and try to raise his kids in a normal life. Get out before it’s too late.

MODEL and former jailbird Michelle Leslie has split from her boyfriend, Holden heir Scott Sutton. Mr Sutton, who will inherit a $220 million car dealership empire, was one of Ms Leslie’s strongest supporters during her drug ordeal in Bali. The break-up is the latest blow for the model, who was just starting to find success with her dog clothing business after struggling to find modelling work in the two years after her conviction for ecstasy possession in 2005. Merv Griffin, the big band-era crooner turned impresario who parlayed his “Jeopardy” and “Wheel of Fortune” game shows into a multimillion-dollar empire, died Sunday. He was 82.

Griffin died of prostate cancer, according to a statement from his family that was released by Marcia Newberger, spokeswoman for The Griffin Group/Merv Griffin Entertainment.

From his beginning as a $100-a-week San Francisco radio singer, Griffin moved on as vocalist for Freddy Martin’s band, sometime film actor in films and TV game and talk show host, and made Forbes’ list of richest Americans several times.

His “The Merv Griffin Show” lasted more than 20 years, and Griffin’s said his capacity to listen contributed to his success.

“If the host is sitting there thinking about his next joke, he isn’t listening,” Griffin reasoned in a recent interview.

But his biggest break financially came from inventing and producing “Jeopardy” in the 1960s and “Wheel of Fortune” in the 1970s. After they had become the hottest game shows on television, Griffin sold the rights to Coca Cola’s Columbia Pictures Television Unit for $250 million in 1986, retaining a share of the profits.

“My father was a visionary,” Griffin’s son, Tony Griffin, said in a statement issued Sunday. “He loved business and continued his many projects and holdings even while hospitalized.”

When Griffin entered a hospital a month ago, he was working on the first week of production of a new syndicated game show, “Merv Griffin’s Crosswords,” his son said.

In recent years, Griffin also rated frequent mentions in the sports pages as a successful race horse owner. His colt Stevie Wonderboy, named for entertainer Stevie Wonder, won the $1.5 million Breeders’ Cup Juvenile in 2005.

Griffin started putting the proceeds from selling “Jeopardy” and “Wheel” in treasury bonds, stocks and other investments, but went into real estate and other ventures because “I was never so bored in my life.”

“I said ‘I’m not going to sit around and clip coupons for the rest of my life,’” he recalled in 1989. “That’s when Barron Hilton said ‘Merv, do you want to buy the Beverly Hilton?’ I couldn’t believe it.”

She is a classic addict: “She buys puppies, because they fulfill some desperate need inside her, but the thrill is short-lived, so she goes back and gets another one. She goes out drinking and clubbing because it anesthetizes her and dulls the pain.” She may or may not be mentally ill, but she is definitely textbook addict. AJ McLean (a recovering drug/alcohol abuser) has spoken about it, too. She’s a bloody mess and needs help. But she won’t get it til she bottoms out. As a goss blogger, I love the fodder she gives me. But I hate watching her self-destruct. I truly would be happy never to have another Britney story, if it meant she got cleaned up and sober, and became a good mother. Frankly there is a limit to how much fun we can poke at a person and feel nice about it, after a while there is a sense of self realization that it’s not making much fun anymore and we need to forget about Britney from now onwards.

The former bodyguard for actress Lindsay Lohan is speaking out about her parents. He feels they are responsible for her recent descent into drug and alcohol related problems. Tont Almeida worked for Lohan for three years. He claims that Lindsay’s parents never gave her any kind of structure and encouraged her to keep working so they could uphold their lavish lifestyle. Almeida even claims he once had to pull Lindsay’s own father off of her after he shoved her against a car and called her a slut. He blames Lohan’s mother Dinah for allowing Lindsay to do whatever she wanted as long as she kept paying their bills. He even states that Lindsay had begged for time off and was doing cocaine by the age of 18. This story was told to In Touch magazine and I’m sure the basis behind his doing so was to get paid for it. However, that doesn’t make it a lie. I don’t doubt that any of this is the truth. It’s sad that Lindsay’s parents are like selfish little kids. It’s no wonder she has no one to learn from and even sadder that more people continue to gain from her messed up life.

Famous Harry Potter author J.K. Rowling has lost a court battle in London’s high court to ban publication of a photo of her son. Her twenty month old son David had been photographed with her in Scotland and published by British newspaper the “Sunday Express”. Her claim is that the child’s right to privacy had been infringed and that any child at such a young age shouldn’t have to be subjected to the press. The Judge ruled that children didn’t get special treatment just because of what their parents decide to do for a career, including gaining fame from that career. Rowling and her husband do not agree with the ruling and have made plans to appeal. I think it’s all a bunch of bull. She should know by now that she is going to have pictures taken of her when she is out and about. If it’s really that big of a deal to her then perhaps she should take a hint from Michael Jackson and put blankets over her kids head. Otherwise, just deal with it.

Donald Trump has hit out at reports he offered TV rival Rosie O’Donnell a spot on his show Celebrity Apprentice. The pair has been feuding since Trump appeared on O’Donnell’s former show The View - but it was recently claimed Trump had offered O’Donnell the chance to appear on his show, in a bid to mend their friendship. Lane Garrison, who pleaded guilty to vehicular manslaughter and drunken driving in a crash that killed a teenage passenger, was ordered Thursday to undergo a 90-day evaluation to help a judge decide his sentence.

The former “Prison Break” actor will undergo a “diagnostic” by parole officers and psychologists in a prison before returning for an Oct. 31 appearance before Superior Court Judge Elden S. Fox.

Garrison, 27, was driving a 2001 Land Rover on Dec. 2 when he lost control and rammed a tree. The crash killed Vahagn Setian, a Beverly Hills High School student who would have been 18 on Wednesday. Two other passengers, both 15-year-old girls, survived. They testified at the sentencing.

Garrison had a blood-alcohol content of 0.20 percent, more than twice the legal limit for driving, and was under the influence of cocaine, according to police.

Dozens of the victim’s friends and relatives were in court, many wearing T-shirts with Setian’s picture on the front and the James Dean saying, “Dream as if you’ll live forever, live as if you’ll die today” on the back.

About 20 people attended in support of Garrison.

The actor pleaded guilty in May to one count of vehicular manslaughter without gross negligence, one count of driving under the influence with a blood-alcohol level of 0.15 percent or higher, and a misdemeanor of providing alcohol to a minor.

Garrison faces a maximum sentence of six years, eight months in prison. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office has asked for four years and eight months.

He cried during the hearing and apologized to Setian’s family.

“I relive that night every day, and I think about the bad decision I made that day. All I can say to you is, I’m so sorry,” he said.

Garrison had been free on $100,000 bail but was held in custody after Thursday’s hearing.

His character on Fox’s “Prison Break” was killed in the show’s Oct. 2 episode. The Dallas native’s other credits include the film “Crazy.”

He was recently featured in a public service announcement that encourages viewers not to drink and drive. The PSA re-enacts his crash and he appears to be holding back tears as he talks about what a stupid and costly mistake he made.

Setian’s father, Karen Setian, told the judge he believed the PSA was Garrison’s attempt to appear sympathetic before sentencing.

“He is an actor, and he is acting. Let’s not fall for his act,” he said.
