The police have decided not to pursue any further action against the ‘Rehab’ singer. Wino’s spokesperson released a statement on Wednesday morning saying “Police have confirmed that no action will be taken against Amy Winehouse in relation to an investigation into a video handed to them in January. She was questioned by police last week and released on unconditional bail. They have now concluded their enquiries and no charges will be brought. Amy’s bail date to return to Limehouse police station has been cancelled, bringing this matter to an end. Amy is pleased to be able to move on and concentrate on music and particularly looks forward to seeing her fans again at eagerly awaited festival performances this summer.”

Is the quiet newlywed Beyonce Knowles already growing a little diva or hip hop mogul inside her tummy? The New York Post is reporting that the singer is pregnant with her first child with rapper Jay-Z. The paper reports confidently that “Pals of the tight-lipped newlyweds say the songbird is expecting the couple’s first child.” Only time will tell if it’s true but a rep for Beyonce saucily responds to the story by saying “I don’t know if she’s pregnant. Let me perform an ultrasound and get back to you.” Please do. That way, we don’t have to read about any more speculations.

Pete Doherty has admitted he cheated drug tests while in prison.

Well we all knew that.

The Babyshambles frontman, who recently left London’s Wormwood Scrubs Prison, claims he only got his drug-free certificate because he used another inmate’s urine. He said in an interview: ‘I was banging it. The only time I tested clean was when I used someone else’s p**s.’

Pete also revealed how terrified he was during his incarceration at the tough jail after one prisoner threatened to stab him. He said: ‘It was quite hard work. Constant shouting, ‘Pete, is Kate Moss a good s**g? Give us a song.’ I woke up to hear, ‘You wait, I’m going to see you outside and stab you up.’ ‘

Despite his drug boasts, the 29-year-old rocker realised his substance abuse had spiralled out of control when he attacked one of his beloved cats. He added: ‘I got a shovel and was going to kill one of the cats. It was a bit of a crazy time.’

Louise Redknapp is expecting a baby. The former Eternal singer - who is married to former soccer star Jamie Redknapp - is three-and-a-half months pregnant with her second child.

Louise admitted that the pregnancy was a “shock” after it took years for her to conceive her first child, Charley, who is now three. She suffers from severe endometriosis, which can affect the chances of conceiving, so was stunned she fell pregnant after just four weeks of trying.

She said: “It took me four years to have Charley and so this time, after just a month, it was very unexpected. We had talked about having another baby and we kind of expected the same problems as last time. When I did the pregnancy test, I nearly fell off the chair. My friend popped in and I dragged her upstairs and said, ‘You’ve got to look at this. Am I reading it wrong?’”

Louise - who currently models for lingerie company Triumph - added: “I’m really happy, but there will be no modelling for a while.”

Louise - who is due in November - says she and Jamie want to find out the sex of their child before she gives birth.

While most people are thinking that Paula Abdul was drunk on the Tuesday night performance show of American Idol, Paula and her publicist Jeff Ballard are saying otherwise. In a statement sent out on Wednesday, Paula’s publicist said that she was not drunk and that she never had a martini during her lunch but instead had a sparkling water with lime. Apparently, the petite Idol judge doesn’t even drink at all. Her publicist goes on to say that it wasn’t an assistant who was with her but rather the head of Talent for FOX. Well, if she wasn’t drunk but was acting that way, surely she must have been on something.

She was actually deemed unfit to be interviewed by a doctor at the police station making officers wait at least 4 hours before they could even question her. Wino left the station on Saturday after receiving a formal police caution for assault. She should have been kept in jail away from any drugs. If she could get drugs like Pete Doherty, they should throw her in solitary too.

Heidi Klum has refused to talk about her “naughty” first date with husband Seal.

The former Victoria’s Secret model - who has two children, two-year-old Henry and one-year-old Johan, with Seal, as well as a three-year-old daughter Leni from a relationship with Flavio Briatore - hinted the couple didn’t wait until their second date before consummating their relationship.

The father of Minnie Driver’s unborn baby has been named in an American magazine.

He is San Francisco musician Craig Zolezzi, who she had reportedly been dating for a year.

The Riches star confirmed her pregnancy during a March 13 appearance on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno but would not reveal the name of the father.

A source told Life & Style magazine that Driver has been dating Zolezzi “under the radar” for “more than a year.”

The insider told the publication, “She and Craig are preparing for a girl. She wasn’t planning to find out the baby’s sex in advance, but she has a feeling it’s a girl, so she’s going with that feeling for now.”

The 38-year-old actress is due to give birth in August.

Toni Braxton was rushed to the hospital last week when she was having trouble breathing after performing at Flamingo. And it seems that the case was more serious than expected and that Toni might not be returning to the Las Vegas Strip to perform any time soon – at least not for another month. The Flamingo Las Vegas President Don Marrandino said that Toni’s Tuesday to Saturday scheduled shows are now off and that she’s going to take advantage of a previously scheduled two week break that she had planned. They are offering refunds for the canceled shows though. Toni is set to return to the stage on May 6, a Tuesday. I hope you start feeling better Toni!

It’s been months since Kanye West’s mother, Dr. Donda West, died but it’s only just now that Kanye is opening up about it. The rapper recently posted a blog to talk about how his life is different after his mom’s passing. He says “I don’t do anything I don’t love anymore… While people chase money I pursue happiness… If there’s anything my mom taught me is to enjoy life. I just recorded my first verse in the last 6 months 2 days ago at Bape’s Studio in Japan. Friends of the ‘American Idol’ judge claim she has separated from restaurateur JT Torregiani, after less than a year together.

However, JT is not upset about the break-up because he wasn’t committed to Paula. A source said: “He wasn’t that serious about it and hadn’t invested too much in the relationship.”

Paula, 45, sparked rumors her romance might be on the rocks when she failed to show at the opening of JT’s new restaurant Beso, which he has launched with ‘Desperate Housewives’ star Eva Longoria, in March. At the bash, JT was spotted flirting with female guests.

Paula recently spoke about her desire to settle down and start a family. She said: “I do want children. I’ll probably adopt because I think it’ll be in the next three to five years. I wouldn’t necessarily adopt from abroad like some celebs. I just want a healthy baby.”

The Spice Girl joins former boy band member Joey Fatone in hosting ‘The Singing Office’ on TLC. It’s a singing competition for employees going up against fellow employees. Of the contest, Mel says “It’s not a serious competition. It gives people a break from their everyday lives to have some fun with their co-workers.” Here’s to hoping that it won’t create drama in the workplace.

Kerry Katona has gone into labour - five weeks early.

The star, 27, was rushed to hospital yesterday after her waters broke while filming the final scenes of her reality TV show, Kerry Katona: Crazy In Love.

Kerry, who was due to give birth on May 19, is said to be “doing fine”.

A pal said: “She’s so pleased it’s coming to an end She was the size of a house. Her legs and ankles were so swollen she could barely walk.”

As we revealed, doctors had told the star to scrap her MTV show, telling her to “rest and put her feet up”.

The baby - a boy to be called Max - is expected to arrive tomorrow. While Kerry’s MTV crew followed her to the hospital, they are not filming the baby’s birth.

The star and husband Mark Croft are already parents to baby Heidi, while Kerry is also mum to Molly and Lilly-Sue.

There’s no doubt that Madonna is way hotter than most 50 year old ladies all over the world but she still needs to rely on a few tricks of the trade so she can look pristine perfect. Those tricks came in handy for the Queen of Pop for her latest music video with Justin Timberlake ‘4 Minutes (To Save the World)’. She reportedly used soft focus lenses, exquisite lighting and maybe even a bit of airbrushing just so she could look great on the video. And of course, there’s that caked on make up which you can hardly tell was caked on because she was so blown out by the lights.

Avril Lavigne wants to become a magazine editor.

The ‘Girlfriend’ singer is keen to branch out beyond the music industry and try her hand at running a celebrity publication, but insists she will only focus on optimistic stories.

She said: “I would make it completely positive. There’s so much negativity in the world right now. I’d pick up the big stories, but they’d have to be positive.”

This isn’t the first time Avril has expressed an interest in other careers. Last month, the singer unveiled her new clothing line - Abbey Dawn. The range, which includes hooded tops, jeans and T-shirts, will go on sale in the US in July.

The 23-year-old singer is also planning to release her own range of beauty products. Avril applied for a patent for the line which is set to include “fragrances and perfume, aftershave, bath soap, shower gel, bath crystals, body lotion, body cream, hand lotion and talc.”
