Apartment building where Heath Ledger died is sold for $15m

The New York building where Heath Ledger died of a fatal drugs overdose in 2008 has been sold in a foreclosure auction for $15m.
Its owner had reportedly struggled to rent the actor’s former apartment in the property, in Manhattan’s trendy SoHo neighborhood, because buyers were put off at the thought of him having died there.
