There are rumors going around that Simon Cowell will be replacing Dannii Minogue with Mel B as a judge on next year’s X Factor. Dannii is said to be feeling the tug of her biological clock, saying that she wants to settle down and start a family. A source said “Simon thinks Mel would be brilliant as she is outspoken, down-to-earth and won’t hold back. There were times in the current series that he felt things were a bit boring and he is certain sparks will fly with her on board… It will be interesting to see whether she and Cheryl Cole will gel or whether it will be handbags at dawn.”

Mel B loves her pal Victoria Beckham’s fashion line and can’t resist wearing her designs.

The former Spice Girl said she has already picked out a dress for a band reunion.

She said: “Victoria and me text all the time. But I rarely get to see her as we’re always so busy travelling all over the world.

“All of us Spice Girls are still in touch, though. In fact, I’m going out with Geri and Emma while I’m here, and I’ll be wearing one of Victoria’s dresses.”

During her trip to the UK, the singer drew in the crowds when she emerged from a giant cake to mark the 10th birthday of lingerie company Ultimo.

She appeared in her underwear at Debenhams department store in London.
