Adam Lambert retracts Susan Boyle comments

Apparently the American Idol contestant who almost took the big crown last year made some comments about Susan Boyle a while back. Adam Lambert’s comments were not on the very friendly side so he decided he would like to reformulate the ideas… or at least he would like everybody to reconsider what he meant. This is what he said on the matter: “It came across a bit harsher than how it actually went down. But I’m not a fan of the record, it wasn’t a lie.” Whatever the man first said, it seems it wasn’t too good, but it’s a good thing Adam Lambert didn’t wait too long to say that he didn’t mean it. That’s what will keep him from turning into John Mayer.

Rolling Stones’ Ronnie Woods is selling his $11 million, five bedroom home with a view of the Thames River in Chelsea, West London to pay for his divorce. The rock star bought the house less than two years ago at top price but is now lowering the price to $9 million to speed up the sale and dissolution of marriage to his wife of 24 years. Real estate agents Strutt & Parker said “We have had offers, but not close enough to the asking price.” Ronnie’s a douche so I hope his wife takes him out for all he’s worth.

Ted Nugent Talks Barack Obama

Douche bag rock star Ted Nugent is known for his crazy ass political views almost as much as his music but the singer has finally gone over the edge in his unfounded criticism of President Barack Obama. Ted recently told Royal Flush magazine “I think that Barack Hussein Obama should be put in jail. It is clear that Barack Hussein Obama is a communist. “(Former Chinese leader) Mao Tse Tung lives and his name is Barack Hussein Obama. This country should be ashamed. I wanna throw up.” Actually, the rest of us want to throw up at the fact that you exist Ted.

Seeing as how Michael Jackson’s posthumous documentary seems to have faded into oblivion far sooner than expected, in comes Elizabeth Taylor to try and spark interest in it. This is what Michael Jackson’s close friend said about “This is It”: “Michael and I shared a pure and perfect love. Usually, I don’t speak publically about the loss of a loved one. But I am encouraging everyone to please, please see his mastery in ‘This Is It.’ Michael’s genius will never be equaled. Tragically, we shall never see the likes of him again.” Yes, yes… go, see Michael Jackson’s documentary, help his estate survive and his memory thrive.

Courtney Love Owes the Government

Uncle Sam is on a rampage and he’s gunning for Courtney Love on this round. According to a federal tax lien filed in Los Angeles County, the former Hole lead singer owes the government $324,335.21 in back taxes from way back in 2007. The rock singer’s lawyer, Keith Fink, blamed her tax troubles on her former business manager but added “Ms. Cobain has every intention of paying those taxes.” Considering that she hasn’t done any real work for in a while, I wonder how exactly Courtney intends to pay for all of that! And why has it taken her camp so long to figure out that something funky was going on with her taxes?
