JR Martinez wins Dancing with the Stars

Iraq war veteran JR Martinez has won the 13th series of US programme Dancing with the Stars. The 28-year-old, who appeared on soap opera All My Children, beat reality star Rob Kardashian and his partner Cheryl Burke to scoop the trophy with Karina Smirnoff. After hearing the news, Martinez said: “First and foremost, I want to thank everybody who voted for us for 10 weeks. Rob Kardashian’s Dancing With The Stars partner Cheryl Burke has revealed that his sister Kim’s divorce isn’t distracting him from the show. David Arquette has been eliminated from US TV show Dancing with the Stars. The actor and his partner Kym Johnson were unexpectedly booted from the dancing competition last night. The 40-year-old said: “This whole thing has been incredible. I’ve loved it. “I just love all the people I got to know and dance with. This production is top-notch. Dancing With the Stars contestant Nancy Grace has denied that she had a wardrobe malfunction during a recent episode of the show. The 51-year-old is currently competing on the hit US dancing show with professional partner Tristan MacManus. American Idol Season 11 is a Go

The finale hasn’t even arrived yet but FOX has already set its plans for American Idol season 11 with a premiere date and the series schedule. The 2012 edition of the reality TV singing competition will premiere on January 22 at 10PM ET right after the NFC Championship game. FOX will be putting a strong lead in to use that night rather than the usual midweek debut.
